Balance Transfer click bait
I took out a Zopa credit card to do a balance transfer based on their offer. The card was approved and sent out and I was given a limit to transfer. I attempted on a number of occasions to do the balance transfer but it failed every time. I have since contacted their customer support and after quite a delay in replying, they have told me that, "There has been some issues we have found with some transfers, even when all details have been corrected we have been unable to make the transfer. We are work on this issue but unfortunately, we have been unable to complete your transfer." And... "We do not have a timeline for this to be rectified, we are working on it now. We understand the inconvenience of this issue and have offered if you choose to close your account we will remove the hard search. We don't offer an extension of the offer I do apologise for the inconvienace." I believe that they are in breach of FSA regulations. Certainly advetising standards. Am I wrong on this?

What can I say hassle free from start to finish, when taking out the loan Zopa had the best rates, I would use again

I took out a small loan last year online, found it very easy and quick..no fuss. I have had no issues at all with Zopa and would highly recommend to anyone. 😀
