Everything that they had claimed, was simply to get you deceived into purchasing the product, I purchased a year subscription but had to cancel after a month as the software introduced unknown malware’s to my system. Thankfully following reviews that I had seen online, about ICUFOWAD, I read of their remote control tool and after reaching out to them on lnstagram it was easy getting their product. It aided my communication and also had a parental control features that enable access my kid’s phone, to always keep them safe. They’re what I’d definitely recommend for companies and people that work from home. Send them a mesage.

Based on my experience with this company, I don’t see them as a trustworthy company or one you should trust. I tried canceling but it wasn’t possible due to a 90 day policy with they claimed! Beware. Thankfully, following great reviews I read reviews of ICUFOWAD, who is well known for absolutely great remote software control performance. I was able to discuss with them on lnstagram, their product also enable me view all texts and work related things from my kid’s device. It was kind of like a remote-spy app as well. I’ve definitely experienced a much more professional service from their team. Reach out to them.

i just been on apple support they are not anything to do with apple support, don't let them take over your computer or download any apps onto your computer , they support scammers!!!!!!! dont trust them .turn off your computer if you see images telling you to contact them .take a picture of it and contact apple support. Apple dont offer to take over your computer to fix viruses ......
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company! When critical functionality breaks like banking with Chase in Zoho books they haven't fixed it for a few weeks and refuse to give an update. I found other instances of banking connections not working from 10 months ago they still haven't been fixed for other banks. Its an absolute disaster. Also, their Estimates and Invoices on mobile devices omit PO, Custom field, and customer notes information which is continually frustrating clients an easy obvious fix but in 5 months still haven't addressed it. Critical information is missing that I chose to put in estimates and invoices that make it more difficult for me to get paid. I very much regret switching to Zoho they are a disaster. They are absolutely awful and spend time working on features not needed like QR code links for Credit Memos instead of fixing critical issues. Update: Zoho issued a timeline for fixing the broken Chase banking connection after 18 days (something no other accounting companies are dealing with but they blamed the issue on Chase) is 2-3 months. It took them 1 month to come up with that. So almost 4 months total to fix a critical function. I HATE that I trusted this company with something so important. Please STAY AWAY and don't cause yourself a headache, stick with a USA based company. This Chase banking change was something Chase announced in December 2019 was going to happen and they just let it break before addressing it. Meaning security was taken a backseat and now customers take a back seat. It's May 2022, they had plenty of time but they ignored customers needs. They were given OVER two years notice to fix this and now they are making customers pay the price.

Pretending to be tech support: I was looking for hp printer solutions and they popped in a live chat. I thought I was with HP, but later, after I let them have control of my computer, the tech support started selling an unnamed price for Windows Defense. How stupid was I. I do not trust them.
