The UX is terrible, I can't even send money between my own accounts
I got scammed for $500
I got scammed for $500 From a fake email They didn’t let me cancel or offer any help told me go to my bank Called help number it says go to your bank Zelle basically told me it’s my fault and doesn’t offer any support My newborn will not get any formula now Horrible thing that just happened and zelle offers no remorse Does not care about customers
Zelle = Stolen Money
I bought a Mossberg 500 Tactical Chainsaw shotgun from mossbergarmory.com. It is a fraudulent website. They make you pay using Zelle, but they have no merchandise. I am out of the cost of the shotgun.
CAN'T EDIT CONTACTS! NOT USER FRIENDLY
Have spent waaaay too much time trying to figure out how to edit or delete a contact because it won't let me send it because I put Kim instead of Kimberly. Ridiculously complicated and NOT user friendly app! I give up. I'm going to have to send a check instead because of this stupid app that won't let you edit a contact!
They suck
They suck! I had to replace my card one time. Well as we all know things happen in life we cannot control. The representative I spoke to was rude and wouldn’t let me speak. I advised I lost my card so I needed to update to the new card. She told me they’ve changed my card once as a courtesy and the won’t do it again. As a consumer that makes no sense. She said to me, “we told you the last time you called you needed to do your best to keep ip with your card”. What the hell! Who loses their cards or is robbed on purpose. I will never use them again. The app is trash and so is the customer service.

I wanted to split some amazing Texas BBQ with a friend ... a couple 100 worth. we agreed she would pay and i would use Zelle to send her my share. I tried via the Zelle ap and it wouldn't work.. i tried via my bank and with a banker on the phone ... three attempts and it would not work. Bank said to call Zelle. I send them a note requesting help. Zelle sent emails saying they cannot help but to call their 844-428-8542 number.. i call and the guy confirmed my personal information and yet tells me he cannot help me... why the F does this person have access to my personal information if he nor anyone at ZELLE is capable to help? ZELLE HELLE

I hate this Zelle app . It scam me . They will not believe you if you were scam or not . I recommend nobody use this stupid app . Let them go jobless I don’t care how selfish I am . But the truth is the truth. They will never do anything for you. I hate to said this but Zelle you suck and I hope you all go jobless .
