Nicht zu empfehlen! Seit Jahren gab es nie Probleme mit meinem PayPal Konto: nun werden bei Xoom Überweisungen über lächerliche 12,- oder 30,- ohne Angabe von Gründen storniert, obwohl vorher die Meldung kam, dass das Geld unterwegs ist! Ich habe tausende Euro per PayPal bezahlt - und an eine Mini-Überweisung von ein paar Kröten an die eigene Verwandtschaft per Xoom ist nicht zu denken! Den „Kundenservice“ kann man in die Tonne kloppen! Einfach nur furchtbar!

Terrible 2 day experience with Xoom customer service. I wanted to make a simple transfer from UK to a US account and had to repeat myself 30 or 40 times and was continually misled. If you value your time and sanity use another company

So I ve never hear about xoom till last week when wanted to do 2 transfers on UK account from PayPal. Easy way for transfer. Trust PayPal so hoping same for xoom. Not cheap transfer but looks like only option to withdraw funds from PayPal account. £6.99 for transfer its already something strange but leave it. Want my money so let's do it. Transfers made on Wednesday around 11am. Time scale for transfer. Same day. Around evening. So, checked in evening. Nothing. Next day same. Start contacting PayPal. Bit panic but let's see what they will do. They actually wash their hands saying it's different department and they don't have nothing with them Suggest to contact xoom on phone +442079494440 Funny lol Automatically msg saying there is, no one available on phone. Call us later and hang on me. Or email address to authorise transfer Cv-requests@xoom... Eventually on Saturday appear one transfer on recepient account other one being cancelled by xoom. I, ve send already couple emails. No reply or whatsoever. Tried to repeat transfer all being cancelled by xoom. Bravo PayPal. Full of rubbish Great idea for business. No client will leave us with funds. You will be with us till the end no matter ours or yours. Is, anyone will do something with this, bizzare company. Horrible bonkers. Very bad service very annoying. Frustrating and disappointing. Truly hate this company xoom I would love to say, avoid but what can you do when you with PayPal. Sad story

È una vergogna il modo in cui il vostro dipartimento di compliance (dipartimento di conformità) sta discriminando alcune persone di determinati paesi. Non riesco a capire questo sospetto e la paura degli altri, siete sicuri che sia un'azienda orientata ai servizi globali, il razzismo è una brutta piaga ufficio confermità e voi lo siete.
