they accept documents only through their broken app and then say they cannot read it
The first financial institution that failed to verify my identity. Their app is awful. Photo looks easily readable on my end but they claim it's too blurry. Tried many times. Every time you have to enter the very same data again and again. Seriously broken app. Many others here are reporting the same. At the same time they're not providing any alternative ways to receive the passport photo / selfie such as by e-mail as every other financial institution is accepting or by video call. But I guess I was lucky I couldn't open an account because others here managed to open an account, deposit to their account, then got their account blocked, then stuck in verification loop through their broken app. Hey xapo, did you notice yet that your app and onboarding process is broken? Is this a one men operation or what? How can you not acknowledge and fix this? There's not even a contact e-mail address or phone number on their website.

Mis fondos fueron retirados antes de la migración de app, como decían todos los correos que me enviaron. Al convertirse en un banco. Me tocó volver a identificarme con pasaporte. Cancele la anualidad, recibí mi tarjeta de débito. Y funciona en todo mi país. Unos de los mejores banco. Lo único mal es el tiempo de actualización de tu cartera cuando depositas BTC. Del resto funciona. Y no me parece estafa.

They have sent me through countless hoops, I have followed every step and they keep giving me an error in my verification after supplying my phone, passport and any other information more than 20 times.
