It took an hour or so but otherwise excellent service. I tried with Debit Card but that didn’t worked so I used Interact. Please check what wrong with debit card as I did not see any error. Also I didn’t receive any on screen notification that transaction is successful until I received email confirmation.

My experience was a positive one. I did this at 4am and mistakenly put the recipients information where my own information should be and the transfer still went through. It was quick and easy to fill out and the transfer helped me to help a friend in need. Smiles for us all. I would use this site again if the need arises.

If its urgent PLEASE AVOID you will REGRET..BE WARNED!!...Hair Pulling experience and would never recommend to anyone i care about. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. No customer query ownership and arrogant replies. The website is not customer service/query friendly and would never recommend anyone especially if its urgent. They just dont care about customers and treat customers arrogantly. I would rather pay higher rates for faaaaar much better service as this brings satisfaction. Arrogance to say the least and no sense of customer care let alone the website is very insecure for a financial organisation...Once they they have your MONEY they JUST DONT CARE ABOUT YOU

Because its my first time using worldremit i had to do a lot of steps to sign up which i knew they were not necessary in the past and i had referral code that was not accepted at the end of my transaction BUT I was  promptly assisted by a customer service agent called Mary who kindly and willingly helped me resolve the issue and left the door open to any other concern i could have. My transaction went well. I recommend using this app, so far so good. Thank you Mary

This was my first transaction, it's even cheaper than Western Union.

I made a mistake in the spelling of the recipient and didn't catch it until after it confirmed. The instructions and procedure for me to correct this myself was so simple, even a kindergartner could do it.

Son una empresa estafadores, cuando envié el dinero a Colombia 1602 euros me dijeron que ya lo habían entregado y fue mentira, después de hacer la reclamación dicen que lo han regresado a mi cuenta y eso es mentira porque esa cuenta ya no existe. Era una cuenta alemana que cancele cuando regrese a España. Por favor no sean estafadores. Well I’ve tried twice now to send $200 US to my fiancé in Thailand. And you’ve screwed up the first three digits of her bank account number two times in a row now, I don’t know where the first $200 went one to some other account that we still haven’t resolved, and so then I re-put in her name again with the correct account number and it still wants to go back to the wrong account number which I corrected the first I’m like what is going on I said another $200 I don’t know what abyss this is going to be in either

I transferred some money to my family the 9 of may and so far there is no signs of the money, no emails not phone messages from Worldremit. I have not been able to find a support that is contactable. The only support is a FAQ or a bot. No human, is there no email to complain. Who such companies are so unreliable!! Two weeks now, where is the money? where are the interest in the money.
User's recommendation: Use a more reliable Company.

I used to like you World Remit but then for some reason, I could not log in to my account and I have tried to reset the password hundred times and it still does not work! I am very disappointed with the very poor customer service WHO I CAN’T GET HOLD OF. This problem seemed to be unresolved bcoz nobody answers your customer service phone,I cant chat to anybody coz I can’t log in to my account. YOU ARE  HELPLESS AND JUST WANT MONEY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Now I cant get to my transaction receipts for the past several years that I have sent payments to the Philippines!!!!!

I sent money the first and second time, I was satisfied. But when I tried to send the third time, it hasn’t been received upto this time. As we are talking. I was told the first three transactions I wouldn’t be charged. But to my suprice, I was being charged, all along. Not a good experience, for a new customer.  Thanks. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
