I’ve been dealing with World First now for almost 4 years. I can honestly say they are the best company I have dealt with. Very professional on all levels. Would not ever consider moving to anyone other company.

We were working well with Worldfirst
We were working well with Worldfirst, the interface is simple and reliable.. .. until they hiked their fees - now I pay $6 each time i withdraw from my usd account. We left our previous payment provider because of this - either charge a percentage OR a fee.. it feels unfair to charge both.
Holding 35k for four weeks/very little to no communication
We transferred 35k USD of our Amazon sales to pay international suppliers. Company asked for documents which we supplied and offered even more information than was asked for. After 3 weeks, the company acknowledged that they received the transfer but have yet to credit it to our account or refund it. Stay away, there are other options for making international payments
