Fanno promozioni in cui promettono cose…

Fanno promozioni in cui promettono cose per attirare clienti che poi non mantengono. Nel mio caso ho partecipato alla promozione "invita un amico" di febbraio dove promettevano 50 euro per ogni amico che invitavi ed effettuava alcune operazioni. Ho invitato ed effettuato le azioni con parecchi miei famigliari e amici. Ad oggi ne io ne loro abbiamo ricevuto alcunchè!!!due mesi che scrivo all'assistenza per segnalare la cosa ma ti rispondono con la solita frase copia incolla che danno a tutti, ovvero "We have forwarded this inquiry to our Support team. You will be contacted by them via email. Thank you for your patience. We hope for a quick resolution of your case." Ovviamente nonostante la promessa che a breve sarei stato contattato via email nessuno mi ha mai contattato Avevo un paio di migliaia di euro sui loro x-account, li ho prontamente tirati fuori, di questi non c'è da fidarsi nemmeno un po

Wirex blokuje konta i kradnie pieniądze

Wszystkim stanowczo odradzam korzystnia z wirexa. Posiadam konto około 4 lata, albo posiadałem bo od ponad 6 miesięcy, jest ono zablokowane i nawet nie znam powodu. Już pół roku próbuje się dowiedzieć, dlaczego moje konto jest zablokowane i co z moimi środkami które miałem na koncie. Cały czas słyszę od supportu tylko, ze dalej nic nie ustalili, proszą o cierpliwość i że nic więcej nie mogą mi powiedzieć. Pytanie moje, skoro sami nie umiecie ustalić od 6 miesięcy powodu zablokowania mojego konta, to jaki jest realny powód? Słyszałem ostatnio o dużej ilości podobnych sytuacji do mojej i śmierdzi to zwykłym scamem i zapewne się nie mylę.

Wirex is the worst app you could…

Wirex is the worst app you could possibly ever use, stay away, they are complete scammers! Exapmples of what I mean - They do not pay out promotions! They raise the limit of which you can exchange WXT to fiat to minimum trade of 250 Euros, if you have less you cannot exchange it at all! They seize people's accounts and funds, and you wait for months and years if you even succeed getting them back! Stay away!! I just cut up my card, also all my friends did the same and we are now letting everyone know on forums, playstore, trustpilot, youtube videos, etc. Complete ripoff!!

Me han quitado más de 34.000 WTX ganados, NO RECOMIENDO NO SON DE FIAR.

Soy usuario de Wirex desde hace más de 1 año y medio. Me he ganado más de 38.000 wtx, utilizando las promociones de la plataforma cryptomas day etc Hoy día 24/05/2022, he entrado a mi cuenta y han desaparecido de mi cuenta más de 34.000 monedas WTX. El servicio al cliente, ahora se inventa cosas para no devolverlas. NO RECOMIENDO, NO SON DE FIAR, TE QUITAN LAS MONEDAS Y SOLO ME DICEN QUE ESTUDIARAN MI CASO!! UNA VERGUENZA. //// I have been a Wirex user for more than 1 and a half years. I have earned more than 38,000 wtx, using the promotions of the cryptomas day platform etc. Today 05/24/2022, I have entered my account and more than 34,000 WTX coins have disappeared from my account. Customer service now invents things to not return them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, THEY TAKE YOUR COINS FROM YOU AND ONLY TELL ME THAT THEY WILL STUDY MY CASE!! A SHAME.

Wirex is a SCAM

Wirex is a SCAM. I've transferred funds into wirex both Crypto and fiat and now cannot transfer out, even after passing all of their security checks and ticking every box. My funds are stuck and there is ZERO customer support to rectify this. Have tried contacting Wirex on via their official support page, email, twitter, instagram and have had no reply. This is the first time I've had money stolen by a platform having used multiple platforms and wallets in the past without any issues. Avoid at all costs.
