Unerwartet unprofessionel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Nachdem ich 700€ für eine "Erstberatung" bezahlt habe, in der ich nur fragen bezüglich meiner Situation beantwortet habe, beratend war da sehr wenig, fiel der Kollege der für mich verantwortlich war aus. Danach hiess es sie könnten meinen Fall nicht weiter führen, da sie keine Kapazitäten hätten. Die 700 € wollten sie trotzdem behalten ohne wirklich was erbracht zu haben. Erst nach langem hin und her soll mir nun die hälfte erstattet werden... Nicht wirklich was man von einem seriösen Unternehmen erwartet.
