pessimo perché quando provo a mettere la password per entrare nell’app mi esce un banner con scritto err_invalid_challenge nonostante il codice sia giusto, quando ho inviato la mail per chiedere aiuto mi hanno detto di chiamare ma nonostante io non sappia ne spagnolo ne inglese abbastanza per spiegare ciò che è successo non posso sbloccare il mio conto, spero mi rispondano a questa recensione per aiutarmi e spero di poterla togliere

Mi è stato bloccato l'account stamattina e io avrei urgentemente bisogno di utilizzare l'app per dei pagamenti, l'app in se è fantastica ma non capisco perché mi è stato bloccato l'account.

Hi, I create an account at verse. I put money on it, made a coupple of operation, after that, when my acount had 292 euros on it they blocked it saying that they will refund me the money on the account of origin that i closed. So when they refund me the money got back to them but they told me that it didnt. So i lost 292 euros because of them. I will see what i can do to make a sew on them, anyone have a clue on how to do this?
