I took out a valitor card machine just…
I took out a valitor card machine just before the start of Covid. My health and business hit very hard times and I contacted valitor and explained that it was not viable for me to keep the card reader as I was about to stop trading. They advised me to return the equipment which I did late 2021 and I've just received an email from a debt collecting agency demanding £700+ on behalf of this company! I was told all I had to do was to return the machine as they understood the challenging times caused by covid and the lockdowns. I am seeking legal advise to resolve this matter.
LOSE YOU CUSTOMERS
EVERY TIme I want to use it I have to phone & report a fault ( today 12 minutes on hold already) and of course Client leaves & I lose sales. THEY ARE A DISSASTER
the customer service is appalling…
the customer service is appalling always waiting over 30 mins on the phone and always at position 2 in the que. I think the have one member of staff in a cupboard under the stairs for there technical help.
Stranded!
Too many system outages and no-one to provide assistance. Technical support lines rings then goes dead so left stranded, costing us money and customers. Will be searching for a new service provider.
Awful
Awful, difficult and time wasting. Trying to make any purchase where they need Valitor to give me a verification code is ridiculous. I have to wait and refresh several times to get it. Takes me half an hour to do a 5 minute job. Changed my number, gave everyone a heads up and they STILL haven't changed my number. Which of course means any time i need to make a payment online with my card, i need to SWITCH my sim card over to the old one and restart the whole payment process to wait for a 6digit code. Can't wait to be rid of them and will never recommend them.
Network outages all the time
Network outages all the time. Embarrassing for my customers. Changing to new payment processor ASAP. It happens way too often. Phone line always busy at these times, probably becuase others are ringing up complaining. Avoid them.

Experiencing nightmare challenges with Valitor and Paytek both companies choose to ignore my numerous emails, forget phone contact as they don't answer calls. Constant chasing up ongoing for over a week. Totally un-professional and extremely good at wasting your time......... simply not acceptable! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
