My name is Antonio Benito Ponce and I opened this UQUID account back in July 2017. At the time I was living in Spain and then I moved to Caracas, Venezuela where I live now. 
I deposited US1,000.0 at that time. UQUID gave the following information regarding the deposit:

NET amount: $1,000.00 ( total amount that will plus into your balance )
Fee amount: $0.00 
Gross: $1,000.00 (total amount that you deposited)
Transaction Date: 2017-07-16 19:41:31
Transaction ID: 6015452863

Then I exchanged the US$ for Euros and this is the information that UQUID send me:

I was able to re-establish access to my account, but I cannot find that money in the account. 
Could you kindly help me to recover that amount?

The supplier now completely closed their business that is the reason our support can not help you if you contact us after May 30, 2020

In those three years, my life took some dramatic turns and I have to move to a different country to protect my family. Not of your business, I know, but I still deposited $1000 on your company's name UQID.
Your system was able to recognize the same customer number, name, and email that I had three years ago. So to me, the company is pretty much the same.
In any case, money is money, it was hard-earned, and there is no valid reason why you took it away.
Please, return my money or equivalent immediately.

Complete scam. I have 2k EUR in my account and trying to get them out from the moment I sent them. After 20 emails, telegram chats and skype chats, I still have nothing. Obviously these guys are not from UK, but a 3rd world country scamming people and hoping they can get away with it. I doubt that will keep them out of jail. This calls for a join suit

this platform has been around for years in crypto-world as I registered with it a couple of years back. I deposited US$100 and from it I paid US$50 for its card which I have never received it. Probably due to then policy change, but they did not refund me when approach them. The other US$50 has been left in the account until this year (2020) when they launched a new version to replace the old. I lost the log-in info and the other US$50. It has a skype account so-called help desk which never gives reply.  The platform appears to have support, but essentially they simply dragging on time. They do not want to solve the problem.  Bad practice. Stay alert and stay away.

I hope this message will help some people, as I've been losing a lot of money and time dealing with UQUID.
Context : From 2017-2019, UQUID provided Debit Cards that you can reload with crypto-currencies.
- I created my account in Dec 2017 and deposited 1680 EUR in the form of 2396 XRP. Minutes later, I have 1495.91 EUR as "confirmed deposit" into my account. Already missing 185 EUR, I contacted the support and they said they won't do anything since "they don't handle the conversion". 
- Months later, in 2018, I received the card, which never worked since I was unable to use the "load card" feature from the interface (I'll learn later that their provider Wavecrest which handle debit cards was ceasing their activities so all Uquid cards ceased to work - but they never told me a word about this). Since the card was mysteriously not working, I performed a  withdrawal request to my bank account on a support (ticket 23454) on June 15th 2018 (YES, 2 years ago), providing all my banking information for them to proceed a bank transfer. They never responded.
- I renewed my withdrawalrequest on May 7th 2020 this year. I got redirected to a Skype support where a casual person told me that they could refund me 2396 XRP - basically the equivalent of 430 EUR instead of the original 1495 EUR. They pretend to never have converted the funds to actual EUR and that is all Wavecrest fault. I see, but then why the abusive conversion rate in 2017 when I first deposited ? And why not letting me know 2 years ago in 2018 when I performed the original withdrawal request ? Am I losing 1000 EUR just because Uquid acted so unprofessionally - if not illegally ? I sent multiple mails to the support asking for a true refund. The support has been silent for almost a month now.
Since then, they have been involved in multiple suspicious projects among which :
- UQUID Coin : A cryptocurrency which sees  it's value growing in Coinmarketcap. However you can see that 99.99% of the volume is traded via Omgfin which they used to do aggressive advertisement for (in my opinion Omgfin and UQUID might be related but this is an opinion, not a statement since I have no time for investigation). Please note that a coin listed in only one exchange is much more subject to price manipulation. Calculate your risk.
- UQUID Shop : An online store to buy stuff with cryptocurrencies. Actually something I would be genuinely interested in. But they owe me 1500 EUR right now and so do they for thousands of other Debit Card customers. I personally would not trust such a company, whatever the value proposition is. Again, calculate your risk.
PS : In other comments, Uquid replies "contact support with Skype or ticket". Although you there IS someone responding to you through Skype, they won't accept to refund your money. Moreover the support has been silent for the last past weeks. They might produce this type of response to put readers in doubt, so let me be clear : I've been contacting UQUID multiple times through different chanels, and got negative (or none) responses. I would not spend so much time writting a review if I haven't tried anything else before. I am an honest person trying to deal with a truly dishonest business.

1500 EUR stuck in my UQUID account

Before it was a crypto credit card service, now it is some obscure crypto shop. I had some money in my crypto credit card account, which no longer exists in that new crypto shop account. The crypto credit card account is no longer accessible, because any requests will be blocked by a sucuri web application firewall. I wrote an email to "hello at uquid.com", without receiving any response. @uquid: Don't write I should contact you via Skype; if you are not a scam, you could respond to my email!

After some struggle to get things sorted we had a Skype session and they sorted my issue and send me the money back. Based on this new experience I can say they are a nice company

Good after a rough start

I have sent 0,36 lite coins in 6 January and until now it’s not processed. I tried to talk to support, but it is not working until today, I think that I HAVE LOST MY MONEY.

Lose money and support did not work.

First first time I made a small deposit to buy the card. This went smoothly.
Then I made a bigger deposit and it did not show up.
The problem was, you only have 10 minutes to deposit, if not shapeshift will not forward the amount anymore to uquid.

On February 15th I got my BCH back, it took long but was solved.

Stole my money

After purchasing a uquid card, i made a few transactions and it was fine, however after a while i became unable to load balance into my card, i contacted support and they said they had issues with their system and that they were waiting for 'wavecrest' to put them back online, and that they hoped it would be fixed by the end of the week, well over a month after it went down, it is still not up. I have now got a card from a different company, would not recommend.

Pros: Good value for money, Ability to order multiple cards with different names without verification.

Cons: Painful log-in procedure, poor English, unresponsive customer service, harder than most Bitcoin debit card providers to move money between Bitcoin and fiat currencies. 

But the game-changing - and almost unbelievable - problem is that THEY ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO ISSUE NEW DEBIT CARDS OR SERVICE EXISTING DEBIT CARDS. 

They've failed to reach an agreement to recontract with their card provider, thereby leaving them unable to offer new virtual or physical cards, or allow existing card users to load or unload money from cards (you can still spend any money still on an existing card though).

Given that this is central to their offer, and that situation doesn't seem to be anywhere near a resolution, it's hard to see how UQuid will recover from what amounts to a near-total shutdown of their business. Fortunately I'm not a frequent user of UQuid (due to the existing issues outlined above), but I imagine they've left a lot of people very unhappy (to say the least). Definitely not one to consider unless they substantially turn things around in future.
