Normally good but this last week has been a shambles. Since Friday every deposit goes on hold for 3 hours and a withdrawal to the XRP network is still on hold from Friday. Stay away. Deposit was quick but withdrawal was held for days, before arrival at destination, with no clear reason. I do not trust them and will not use this service again

I was inaccurately priced buying luna when it was supposed to be fractions of a penny , balance is locked and I cannot withdraw funds, also have other funds besides my balance locked that I can’t pull out. There is no real human I can talk to to resolve these issues. You cannot solve problems with customers using bots to interact.
