If I could give negative stars I would. Requested an upgrade credit card for emergencies. Received it. Activated it. NEVER USED IT. Later found Upgrade on my credit as owning several hundred dollars. Called in to dispute charges and close account. Found out the charges were for phone cards in Greece. 100% not my charges. Was told I could not close my account because of pending dispute but would be sent a new card. All I had to do was not activate it. Received new card. Immediately shredded it AND NOW I HAVE SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS OF SCAM CHARGES ON MY CREDIT AGAIN. This company does NOT have good security. Do not trust them. It will be nothing but a headache.

Upgrade is really good if you have average credit score. I got a loan for 10,000. I had a credit score of 650. They approved me thanx upgrade. Then 5 months later I apply for 5,000 credit line got approved and I like this credit line. You don't have to use all of it but it's good to have credit available if needed and not apply again. I'm thankful for upgrade if I didn't get help from them then who else is going to help me a veteran.

I'm a little disappointed in upgrade I will say that they did help me out with a loan which was great, but I can't even use the upgrade card at all because  they don't look at the point that I've missed no payments with them whatsoever but they are looking at my credit report and thats how they are determining my usage with them. If thats the case why did they approve me in the first place? I think that is so unfair. Those same accounts were on my report when I applied not to mention the ones that has been paid and removed. If you're going to approve someone for one of your loans and then go back and say you can't use the credit cards we sent you based on your credit report that makes absolutely no dam sense? Credit reports are not 100% correct there is stuff on everyone's credit report that is old that has been paid off and there it still remains.  Go by the person's payment history with your company and not by what you see on the credit report.
