I really find this a waste of time..you add your own money to be charged for our own money when you spend it so no matter what you add to the booster they compensate 100% of what you put in people say they match your deposit.thats very untrue and deceiving as YOU PAY IN THEY GAIN..plus the subscription fee..makes no sense at all to me I emailed  about this and they never responded..they pray on people with poor credit..

Since joining this new credit card provider they have made mistakes; mostly in information from customer services. I have had to complain and yes they have given me apologies +some money in recompense, however they are slow to respond and you can't speak to someone immediately. At the current time I would say that it's not fit for purpose. Fantastic concept 3 months interest free but seriously probably best to wait while longer while they hopefully improve!

Three minute to fill-in my information, got accepted straight away, virtual card been added to my Apple Pay.

Booked my flight ticket and chose three months instalments with zero interest.

You have an option to extend it to 36 months, interest would be apply if you exceed the three months.

Tymit are great, If you short of money one month, You can use the Tymit money and as long as you pay it back within 3 months you don't pay interest.

One of the best credit card concepts in the market. I am surprised this is not a household name yet but I don’t think they have been around for too long. The ability to plan and replan each transaction thru the app is epic. The interest charges are very clear. I’m very happy with this card.

Tymit's customer service appears to be 2 people. If they can't resolve your issue, they just send you a weekly "we're still looking into your issue" and do absolutely nothing. This is not customer service. THEN they claimed the issue was resolved (I can't sign into the app) and it wasn't. Every exchange takes an age to be responded to and we've topped 19 emails to them so far.

EDIT: Emails 20 and 21 since I wrote this review, and strangely enough, out of the blue a phone call which I am sure is entirely unconnected with it. Same woman as writes the emails, no further forward, just the usual excuses that they "are very busy" and the usual useless, meaningless apologies. No, I can't talk to their technical staff, but they will "pass a message along"

Typical is absolutely straight forward you cannot have a simpler process a temporary card for mobile payments and a few days later the physical card. Easy þo follow instructions and sensible initial credit line.

Avoid!!! Closed my account in january and they are still reporting i owe a balance of 900.00 to the credit reference agencies. They take 4-6 weeks to respond. Shocking company

Is there a customer service?
My app not working for a couple of days, I emailed, no response, I called no one answers 2 days on the row and after being on lime for 30 minutes it tells you that there's no agent available leave you details and we will get back to you.
Guess what, NOBODY gave me a call.
WHAT IF MY DETAILS ARE COMPROMISED AND MY CARD IS BEING USED BY SOMEBODY ELSE?

I’ve been with Tymit for nearly a year now my score was really bad it was 96 for years at the start 11 months ago so decided to start sorting my credit history which I have done and now I’m on 469 and goes up around 54 points each month past few months still not great but it’s going in the right direction. 

I don’t have much credit or debt just had a few issues on my credit file 

It’s a slow process but does make a impact plus I top up my Tymit card deposit now and again and pay it off each month so I’m actually saving up some money. And only using it now and again. So it’s having a positive impact 

I really like Tymit is a great way to sae and manage bills and a great safety net knowing it’s my own money.
