on the 20/05/2022 we had to close our business as we suffered severe financial loss mainly due to the service trust payments provided us. there was next to no support and we was constantly contacting them regarding payment issues plugin issues/updates we waited over 3 months for our money from this payment provider due to the lack of commitment by staff. but they invoice you weekly expecting there fees . they are not under any circumstance's business friendly. if you are in the sweepstake business please please please stay away for your sake..
Tim Biles is amazing
Tim Biles is amazing. Trust payments support has always been great whenever I've needed them however Tim who runs the dispute team has really stepped up to help me even though he isn't my account manager. He's been so helpful and I cannot put into words how grateful I am for his time spent assisting me to date. We shared screens and it was a very pleasant experience for me. Tim needs promoting, he's an asset to the business!

This company had a very bad experience…
This company had a very bad experience with me. Merchant services were provided by the company's agent in Burgaria (Allterpay). During my first month of working with them, they stopped transferring the collected amount to my bank account, and their agent informed me that I had a lot of chargebacks and was required to pay 30,000 USD to them. 4,000 USD has been blocked and until now notices are being sent to collect this amount. They seem to be scammers, and I do not recommend them!

Good platform, astonishingly bad onboarding
I'm an existing customer of TrustPayments but I've tried to use them for a new site and even though I've jumped through every hoop, it has taken 2 months to onboard and I'm not even on yet. Good platform but astonishingly awful onboarding.
