Monate später noch immer keine Lösung
am 28.11 habe ich hier eine Antwort aufgrund meiner negativen Bewertungerhalten, dass man bemüht ist eine Lösung zu finden und ich mich beim Support melden soll ...seit dem 3x den Support kontaktiert .. 3x natürlich keine antwort erhalten ! I have a question that is not answered…
I have a question that is not answered by the FAQ or the forum - and I cannot find anyway to contact a live person. No email contact and no Chat support etc. Most services provide a means to reach technical support via chat or email if other methods fail. All Trezor provides are boilerplate answers/FAQ's but no where open a ticket to resolve issues not answered with FAQ's. They claim to provide a way to submit a ticket> I c=annot find it anywhere. Please provide me with a means to get beyond the "endless circle" to a real human to respond to my specific questions.

This is really a great app. The firm on my head line gives profitable returns and helps crypto lovers. I've made a lot of money from them.
Always set a higher transaction fee.
I use Vault One and I learned to work with it. Only through regular use did I gain skill. I noticed that when entering transfers, the service automatically offers me the price of the transaction fee, and when I confirm the transaction and it takes too long or it does not take place and returns, but blockchain has chosen the fee. They think they should set higher fees to avoid this failed transfer. Please note that I always recommend paying more than the offer.
