There some functions that I feel doesn't work properly, ie transaction history after the update . The app keeps crashing lately even today I am not able to send money .
As a company you need to think of your loyal customers for decades.

It's lovely app, which let's you send money to your family and friends any time without visiting any bank or any office.
Last month I have been in Somaliland and tried to send money from my account and it didn't work because I couldn't receive a confirmation text if you changed your UK sim card.

Generally good customer service. However, probably one of the worst exchange rates in the world. Why does it always cost more to send via World Remit compared to the likes of Galaxy Transfer, Paysii, Xendpay & Talk Remit. Please look into this.

Very disappointed; Dahabshil Galkacyo only pays out E-Dahab, Not cash pick. We have struggled for the last two transfers to get from them. Thank you, Talkremit. That would be my last transfer, I have complained about it before, but no one pays attention because they already know no cash Pick for Dahabshil Galkacyo North.  They gave us the last warning and told us not to came-back again while wanting cash pickup.  What does expecting me? My family doesn’t deal with E-Dahab.

TalkRemit is extremely slow, and discrimnatoy in it's policies.  They knowingly blocked my money that I sent to support my  wife in an urgent situation. They put the money on hold until April 15/22.  This money to support her for food and medicine to help her cope with her monthly cycle.  This money was already late because my bank had my account on funds in my account and hold for long time and and she needed it and I couldn't send it because the bank had blocked my account based on the false allegation that I was dealing in fraudulent activities.

Today Thursday, April 8, 2022, with no evidence to their allegations and the reason for putting their account on blocking my account.   But they took it off and that's why I was able to use my account to send the money that is badly needed by my wife and now this company has used racial extremes, to put emergency support funds on hold for no obvious reasons.  

It's an active aggressive wickedness I don't care attitude that should be decided in the courts of law because these people are operating public service and practicing open discrimination against some people especially black people could they have my photograph they know who I am that's why they do it.

I will be making a report against the ministry of consumers better Business bureau and whoever else is doing this discriminatory practice on the false percentage of operating a fair usage company.  Our company that gives service to the public you pick out some to discriminate against and that's his open racism, bigotry,  hatred and lawlessness.  It's like you're giving a service to the public but you're doing as you want to some and pretending you're offering a fair service to the public which is a downright lie.
