After debitoor has been integrated into sumup things got worse
After debitoor has been integrated into sumup I can't write invoices in other currencies anymore. They offered me a refund of 25% for the prepaid period of one year, which I did not receive for almost two months now, I just got several questions asking me to provide invoice numbers, invoice dates, dates when the money was paid, etc. - then nothing for about a month now...

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. Following SumUp's aquisition of Debtoor, yesterday I received an email prompting me to 'upgrade' to Sumup from Debitoor's tried and trusted Debtoor platform, which has been flawless. Suddenly, basic functionality, like the ability to raise an invoice in a difference currency is no longer available. After initially responding to a support message to tell me it was available, I responded with screenshots proving that it's not. I've had absolutely no response from anyone. If you're considering using SumUp, don't. I wish I'd read recent reviews before I made the switch! If you're using Debtoor, I strongly recommend you don't switch and using the remaining time with Debtoor to find a better supplier than SumUp.

Account functions unreliable and poor service
Extremely poor customer service. And this, where it would be bitterly needed, because the core functionalities do not work reliably. For example, SEPA direct debits are rejected or not honored by SumUp and you do not receive any answers from support even after weeks. If you want to incur additional costs for bouncing direct debits, this is the right place to be...
very happy with the services
very happy with the services, especially with card reader as it provides very easy and comfortable payment solution. mobile aplication is easy to use. I am very happy to find alternative provider to our previous business card reader.
