Worst company ever!
If I could rate less then 1 I would. NEVER use this company ever! They have all of our money held and no one will communicate with us. 2 months and they keep saying someone will contact us and they are looking into the problem. No one gets back. I strongly suggest staying away from this company. We have cancelled everything and switched. The worst company I have ever dealt with!

Attention Attention Attention, Des escrocs (SCAMMERS), Ils m'ont bloqué et refuse de rembourser mon solde a mon compte (ça fait maintenant plus d'1 an et 6 mois), ils m'ont dit que nous n'avions pas de date précise pour vous rendre votre argent, ce qui signifie que ce sera pour toujours. Voici leur courriel (c'est presque le meme a chaque fois) : Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour ce retour et je m'excuse par avance car je ne pourrai pas vous apporter des réponses précises à vos questions. Comme je vous le disais, nos procédures internes sont strictes et étant donné la situation nous ne sommes pas en mesure de rembourser le solde restant de votre compte pour le moment et je n'ai malheureusement aucune date à vous communiquer. Je sais que ce n'est pas la réponse que vous attendiez, mais j'espère que vous comprendrez notre position. Je vous remercie de votre compréhension et vous souhaite malgré tout une bonne journée et une bonne continuation.
Steep pricing, solid service
Steep pricing, but a very solid company. We've been using stripe as a payment processor for a few months now, processing many 1000s of transactions a month. Never had any problems, the tech is solid. There's a live chat, support is very nice.

Hello, the account ID is acct_1KmaWYH1euU4GNLA . I am currently experiencing ID and facial recognition verification, I submitted a non-US ID that belongs to China, I used a US company to sign up for Stripe, Stripe closed the account after reviewing my ID, I would like Stripe to review my account again, please contact me if additional verification information is needed.
Stripe is a scam
Stripe is a scam. Even though the customer paid the money to facebook, Stripe still hasn't paid the money to me after 10 days. I have been to dozens of resports, but I deal with inexperienced customer service people who try to be polite with me. I will search for my money account until the end. I will constantly smite your theft in your face.
Une bande d'escroc
Une bande d'escroc, j'ai tenter de mettre Stripe sur mon site, j'ai encaisser pour 1200€ de commande en quelques jours. Ils m'ont ensuite bloqué tout accès et ont rembourser tout les clients (alors que j'avais déjà envoyer la marchandise et que tout mes clients sont déjà livrés !! Tout ça en l'espace de 4 jours !!) J'ai donc perdu 1200 € + Frais pub + Frais produits. Je tiens à signaler que j'ai une société belge avec numéro de TVA, je suis dans les clous... Jamais vu ça !!!
