Their customer service team is rude and unexperienced . They couldnt even answer my inquiry on the verification issue and eventually stopped replying to my emails

Poor services, They kept rejecting my credit card for no reason after submitting all the required documents they kept on rejecting it.

the worst wallet in the world, they open your account and close as they wish, and if you put and exceed your balance up to 10,000 usd , they block your account for reason of anti money laundry before they ask you proof of funds.my account is close since 10 days and they never reply to your mails. people be carefull about this bad wallet

The worst Payment processor. They will ask for accredited/ legally backed up documentation extra to the approved verification of your identity. They do this once funds begin accumulating on your account with intent of holding your funds not to access them.

EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED 1. lightning deposit NO WITHDRAWL : withdrawl has already been approved from broker 40HOURS AGO 2. NO WITHDRAWL NO REPLY NO CUSTOM SERVICE : very ridiculous point that they do not answer to my email as I have already sent them thousand times. Plus, they only provide email support and they provide no reply. 3. DON'T ANNOY YOURSELF : Since STICPAY does NOT process WITHDRAWLS and REFUSES to reply, future legal procedures are being reviewed. HOPE you DO NOT use this RUBBISH like a fool (just like me) and DON'T bother yourself and use better services. IF THERE WAS ZERO STAR I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT
