I had an account issue and I became so frustrated that I deleted my app. I told them so becauseit didn't appear to be helping me. Well, they sent me another email this time I could see that they read my email response. Not only did Nina fix my issue, she followed back up twice.

Changing Phone Number
I had a question about changing my old phone number to my new number as I was going through the process of changing my number using the tool that Sezzle has to change your phone number. I came across this obstacle where it was asking me to input the info of my credit card which was an also old credit card that I didn't own more as that was connected to my account. So I called the Sezzle customer support and Mrs Arya was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue in like 3 mins I will definitely recommend calling customer support if you have any issues with your account. Thank you again Arya for all the help.
Arya was amazing
Arya was amazing she listened to my situation being the app closed and charged me four gift cards there policy's state no refunds on gift cards. Phone call took about 20 mins but we got it handled and her supervisor Lisa reached out to me to assure things will be moving. Pay these two beautiful people sezzle they deserve a raise. You do not get great customer service like this anymore saved a customer from never using ur app again.

I have an issue with a double charge
I have an issue with a double charge. I have spoken with both the vendor and Sezzle and neither wants to resolve this issue. I love Sezzle and it is very easy to use but this issue has cost me 134.00 I don’t have to spare to pay for the same items twice.
