Robinhood is the worst…they will take your money and play games with you to stress you out. If there’s any lawyers reading this that is willing to take a case against Robinhood please respond. I’m pretty sure a huge class action lawsuit is building against them as I type!
It’s genuinely unbelievable how…
It’s genuinely unbelievable how terrible their customer service is and how they treat people. They feel zero obligation to ensure you are treated fairly and their integrity was immediately in question earlier this year. One example is they have now given me 30 days notice to transfer all of my funds to another platform without any explanation as to why. I’ve emailed back and forth to at least request more time to get things in order and they keep regurgitating vague responses that don’t address the root cause nor my specific requests. This is going to force me to sell stocks against my will while on margin, which I have highlighted to them. They know the impact of this is unnecessarily causing financial losses and harm and they continue to respond with cold, heartless, confusing “copy paste” responses that just say essentially “tough luck” I will never use this service again and would strongly advise anyone considering to use anyone else. It can’t get worse. I am strongly considering a lawsuit given the losses I will incur as a result. Business doesn’t look good for them. You can’t treat people like this!
