It's best banking channel to send money abroad but the main problem of rewire is you can't deposit unless you have another own account and it takes time to appear in your account if you choose account to account deposit option . Henceforth i ask not good-fortune to select this option buuuuutttt there is alternative best way to deposit in your rewire account from another account is choose credit or debit card option where you will have amount immediately .

2.000€ wurden über Kreditkarte abgebucht. Anzeige bei der Polizei ist gestellt ebenso ein Regreßantrag beim Kreditkartenbetreiber. Mal sehen.
Ferner wurde ich für eine AIG-Versicherung nochmals über SMS von Rewire angeschrieben weitere 200€ für einen Monat Versicherungsschutz zu zahlen. Da fragt man sich allen Ernstes was da versichert werden soll. Inzwischen wurde mein Konto von Rewire wegen „irregular activities“ geblockt.
Keine Ahnung wie es weitergeht. Abwarten was die Polizei erreicht.

I recieved an Email saying that my account is blocked for irregular activities and there weren't any. Also I didnt get any information about when I will recieve back the money that was on the account.

Nach erfolgreicher Legimitierung und Euro 500.-Aufladung über meine digitale Debit Kreditkarte wurde ich sofort gesperrt!

Weder per whatsapp support, telefonisch oder facebook messenger, konnte ich eine erneute Freischaltung seit nun 2 Tagen erwirken. Es wurden wirklich alle erdenklichen Dokumente verlangt und auch von mir eingereicht: 

Gehaltsnachweis, mehrfache Adressnachweise, Rechnungen, Kreditkarten Daten, Kontoauszug der letzten 3 Monate ...
Man fängt beim Support dauernd von Neuem an und man stellt immer mehr und teils absurde Forderungen wie Rentennachweis. Es vergehen dann wieder Stunden, bevor man wieder von Neuem anfängt.

Keine Chance, mein Geld ist seit gestern verschwunden, meine Kreditkarte bereits belastet. Leider könnte es sich daher tatsächlich um Betrug oder Insolvenz handeln?! Finger weg!!!!

Support vertröstet einem dauernd und verlangt immer wieder neue "erfundene" Ausreden. Entweder die sind kurz vor dem Konkurs oder Betrug, steht für mich im Raum? Absurd und absolut ärgerlich.

Update 25.03.22: Mittlerweile hat Rewire eingelenkt und 400.- der aufgeladenen 500.- zurück überwiesen. Die restlichen 100.- können erst nach 30 Tagen laut Rewire zurück gebucht werden. Alternativ soll ich eine kostenpflichtige Debit Kreditkarte nehmen - Versandkosten und am ATM abheben. Vertraue der Sache immer noch nicht. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung bis jetzt.

Update 27.03.22: wieder geblockt, weiterhin Euro 100.- ausständig. Haben mich einfach gekündigt und die 100 Euro sind weg?...

I lost my 1500euros transaction and it’s nearly been a month , I haven’t received any proper response. Every time a customer support executive will say a different story. From my bank they clearly show the proof of success transaction but it is not loaded to my rewire IBAN. And they simply say it’s declined and return has been raised but they never shared any proof for the same . I really hope rewire takes my case on priority and resolves . I am tired of waiting .

Unknown deduction from my account twice under my Energy provider name. Same name same amount but my merchant never knows it. And raised complaint to Rewire many times and no response at all. And they edited my transaction history as well. Its totally a breach to my account with my account and raised a complaint against them now.

they have bad service, when you got a problem regarding your transfer you can’t reach them easily. they will respond and after you detailed your concern after a minute they wont respond and you reach out again back again from the start that you detailed evrything is tiring and wasting time, it’s been five days i didn’t get any proper assistance and my money did not return yet.

Comunque vi ho riscritti per il mio caso analogo, in quanto mi avete sospeso l'account in modo permanente, ma ora vi sto chiedendo di chiuderlo vi ho già risposto alla vostra mail.
PS. Tengo a fare due precisazioni la vostra assistenza non e per niente comunicante tra loro, perché mi avete chiesto del motivo della mia richiesta di voler chiudere l'account, ? Ma se me lo avete sospeso in modo permanente e congelato la carta, che lo tengo a fare?
La seconda più importante per chi ci legge, account bloccato per? Non si saprà mai, la mia colpa aver fatto un pagamento con carta..😂 si un solo pagamento con carta, il mio primo pagamento, e tap bloccato tutto, la restante somma congelata e poi restituita con un modo altrettanto analogo, o meglio hanno disposto un bonifico da dove erano arrivati i soldi, si avete letto bene, disposto loro senza chiederlo, avevo caricato il conto con un bonifico, unica ricarica anche quella, (precisiamo dal mio conto nazionale) 
E fin qui qualcuno dirà beh te li hanno restituiti, si per fortuna non era un pagamento di una qualsiasi vendita tra privati o chicchessia, vi immaginate un pagamento ricevuto in seguito alla vendita di un bene personale, voi tranquilli, tanto ho ricevuto un bonifico sistema senza rischi.. per poi vedersi stornare e tornare indietro i soldi da dove sono arrivati?
Per fortuna, ripeto era il mio conto personale, altrimenti avrei dovuto denunciarli per transazione fraudolenta.
Ah il bonifico era lì da circa un mese, tutto questo e successo per aver effettuato un primo pagamento con carta online.

Beh che dire cerco di rimanere imparziale a chi leggerà la scelta di avere a che fare con tale azienda o meno.

Aggiornamento, vi ho risposto in merito alla vostra richiesta di ulteriori info, arrivata per il tramite di trustpilot, dando nome e cognome e cellulare, tap prontamente, mi hanno chiamato "dall'assistenza" di cui alle mie richieste di maggiori info del perché del blocco, ripeteva e una decisione del dipartimento, e ha addirittura detto che debbo considerarlo chiuso? Cioè mi bloccate ma non chiudete e cancellate i miei dati, debbo considerare chiuso cosa?
Praticamente una telefonata inutile perché non poteva fare nulla e non sapeva nulla, ma almeno mi avrebbe preso in carico il centro competente.

All'attenzione di trustpilot tale recensione e autentica, e in qualità di ente imparziale, ed utile che tale recensione non venga assolutamente rimossa, sotto pressioni dell'azienda!

I used to use Wise but wanted to try Rewire. It's just amazing! The transfers are super quick and hassle free. UI is sleek and user friendly. With cards, the money transfer is almost instantaneous.

A scammer company!! Never trust them with your hard earned money for your family. I was enticed to register with them because of the high exchange rate.after they got my money they told me that my account has been frozen, suspended. Two days already and no one has yet responded to my complaints thru their email, whatsapp,viber,messenger. They just sent me an automated email asking for a lot of documents. Really Rewire?? If you were suspicious or if my information was not convincing for you then why did you even allow the transaction and get money from my account???? And after getting my money you will just tell me that there is an internal problem with my account with you?? Is this some kind of a scam style?

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Transferred money from Rewire to another European bank and I still didn’t receive the money. The support is horrible, horrible, horrible. I feel like I’ve just lost my money with them. Worst experience ever. 😡

(Lets not mention that I paid to activate my physical card which never worked and was rejected from any transaction I tried to make… but anyway). Losing time and money with them.

I transferred 3999 euro amount through my debit card and same has been deducted from my ICICI bank. After deducting money , Rewire has suspended my account and this is really wrost service. No customer support. Even I send an in email,  Whatsapp and called to "+31627896724" no response.
Really my family needs urgent money. They are asking for some tax, gas, electricity, pension, bank statement (not online) to release my savings money which i do not have. Please activate my Rewire account and transferred my fund in to my indian bank account.

I have tried 1000 euro transaction to my indian account today for the first time through rewire.  suddenly account got suspended. But amount debited from my account. In rewire app, still the transaction is open and awaiting for payment. I have mailed and whatsapped to customer care,and No reply. Now only i come to see more reviews of people facing the same. After two days of talk and document submission, my transaction done.

Honestly, the bank just ….: no comments!  for a year I can’t return the money that was stuck in this bank.  they don’t answer competently, do not solve the issue at all !!!  maybe after a negative review they will start working!  just kashmare!  I won't be surprised if my money has already been spent by the bank's management!  either incompetent or crooks and thieves!

Sent 3000 euros on 26th December from EU Bank to Rewire account. Money still not deposited till today the 6th of Jan. Put numerous messages to their Whatsapp number, all I received was same automated messages. No one cared to reply much. Dropped them email on 29th December and still they have not arrived to a solution. Yesterday their customer care executive wrote that the money is deposited in my Rewire account on 29th Dec, so they why I cannot see the money?? Amountstill not reflecting in my account. Rewire what's going on? Total disappointment and customer care is inefficient.

I am glad and grateful to God for such an efficient means of cash transfer.  Before using rewire, I did a bank cash transfer from Israel to Kenya which was heavily expensive.  On top of that,  the transaction took two weeks. Am happy with rewire due to its very fast processing of transactions at very low rates.

I transfer £750 to my rewire account but they instantly suspended it. Pls credit my money to my rewire account since I need it badly. This is a big amount and it causes stress on my part. I would never recommend this unless they will resolve it as soon as possible
