Merchant name.v.s.auto sales my customer has done a transaction of 195000 rs on 16April2022 his account is debited by this amount and my account has been not credited as they said they are reviewing my kyc after giving all the relevant documents still they have not done settlement I am totallystucked as customer account Aldo debited they reply that our team is working we will come up earliest with update and it 38 days still my account not hot activated I have requested them to deactivate my account and refund the amt to same account from were it has come they are just using our money for free without intrest so request not to use this account for business as soon as they receive big amt they keep our account in test mode if account is not getting activated they should immediately refund amt yo customer very bad experience my ticket no is 5174806 & 5381414. It has been 40 days still they have not settled amt even giving request for deactivation of account. They said amt will be refunded in 4 days tocustomer account but still not refunded.They even don't have there customer care centre in mumbai the address which is given on website doesn't exist so pls don't waist time in going there.

Update: 04/28/2022 - I have received the response from Razorpay support over social media and they have sorted the issue so changing my review to 4 star. This is the second time I have faced an issue with Razorpay payment gateway as a customer. The gateway may be good for sellers, but it is very pathetic for customers. No support available for customers. I have tried many times rasising a ticket earlier, all failed because of their patehtic form. The form was not submitting at all. And now yesterday I have placed one order, the seller was fraud (and it was showing Razor pay trusted on the payment page). I have not received any confirmation email from Razorpay or from seller for my payment. As I have not received any confimration email, I have not recevied transaction id also. Without transaction id we can not do anything for the complaint. @Dhanush. Thanks for the response. I request you to check your support page properly. You guys are not having any team to check if the support page is working properly or not. There isn't anyway to submit the ticket without the transaction id. There is no phone or email support. This is the issue with the Razorpay.
One of the worst technical support
One of the worst technical support. I have integrated Razorpay payment gateway on my online store. I have found a critical issue with Razorpay on my Checkout page. So I contacted their support in Feb 2022 and open a support ticket. They replied first 3-4 days for issue details, etc. Then they stopped responding. I contacted their Live Chat support 3-4 times and the live support staff had a same fix reply that it will be resolve soon. The issue is not resolved after 3 months and no response from Razorpay Support.
