Highly recommended
Overall, the process to open the account was very simple. A bit of a hiccup on registering my user ID, but they fixed it very quickly. Received the ring sizing kit within a day of registration (highly recommend using this to size your ring). Ring arrived in a few days, along with my PIN mailer, and backup card. Overall I am very pleased with the ring. It works as promised and is much more convenient than paying with a card or phone at checkout. Rewards are nice too!

Horrible experience with this bank. I can't even access my money. What they want to close an account online is ridicules. I can't even use Zelle at this point.

The customer service was very professional and was patient to answer every question that I have. I was also followed up with a call to ensure I was no longer having issues. Although I didn't get my debit card in an expedited manner I was followed up with messages that it was going to be delivered on certain dates.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I am writing this review of Spencer Coleman and Jon Carter of Quontic Bank because the customer service I received from them was outstanding from beginning to end. Prior to contacting Quontic, I was in contact with several other banks regarding a mortgage and the agents I spoke with were robotic and inhospitable. With Quontic bank it was the complete opposite. These gentlemen made me feel welcomed and comfortable immediately and they were able to answer all of my questions in detail, and yes there were many! They were knowledgeable, attentive and most importantly they made me feel like I was their only customer. They made themselves available to me at all times from day one right through the minute we closed. They are both the embodiment of world class professionalism and I can not say enough about them and the service they provided. I will a thousand percent refer any and all to Quontic Bank and I am confident that their experience will be as excellent as mine.
