Customer support is awful and so…
Customer support is awful and so frustrating. I'm like a ball for the second time between them and HMRC none of the two wanting to help or try and fix the connection issue between them. First time, believe it or not it had to do with the password having special characters on the gov.uk gateway (which is something none of the two knew or found out - my partner thought to check and that was it! 4 hours with HMRC on multiple calls later and 2 hours with QBO on the chat). Now they have me again like a ball between each other as QBO agents refuse to check what VAT number QBO use for my MTD connection with HMRC and are sending me for the 4th time to HMRC. QBO keeps coming back with an error and they refuse to help find out where it's coming from. Such unhelpful support! Just horrendous!
