Scammed and Ignored
I was scammed in March 2019 by somebody using this bank to illegally receive the stolen money. Over two years later I am still trying to get my money back. They have a record of the illegal transaction and the account holders details but continually refuse to respond when I ask for my money back and if they will report the account holder to the police. Even their C.E.O and Chairman, Ray Brash, refuses to help; he 'passes' the enquiry on and then i'm just ignored. Don't banks have to follow FCA guidelines when dealing with fraudulant activity? Please don't mention Action Fraud, they are useless and a scammers dream; between PPS, Action Fraud and the Police, scammers know they are free to continue scamming as nothing gets done about it. **Update January 15th 2022, still no reply or help." Continually ignoring victims and doing nothing to bring the scammers to justice cannot be right or proper.**
