Why does t wanna show me my money why?

I have read a lot of reviews about the freezing or blocking of the cards or Mastercard. This is very true they have a very very poor customer service lousy service and a stealing company. First they will programme your money from its digit to n/a and still its been days i cannot use my card. The advertisements you imply are all lies they are just bluffs for people to be part of your scammy company. Not worth to share your services for it has a stealing ability and the company is ABSOLUTELY one of the scumbags ROLLING in its clients money. Piece of bees.

Die hohen Bewertungen kann ich mir NUR bei dem Bon-Konto, aber NICHT bezüglich der paysafe Mastercard und dem zugehörigen Support vorstellen !! 
Seit mittlerweile zwei (!!!) Jahren versuche ich eine NEUE ( da Alte schon lange abgelaufen !! ) Mastercard zu erhalten !! Trotz MEHRFACHEM Regress habe ich außer EWIGER Hinhaltungs-Taktik weder die insgesamt 19,90 ( außerdem nur 9,90 von diesem Jahr aufscheinend !! Angebliche Verjährung ??!! ) Kartengebühr retour bekommen, noch eine neue  paysafe-Mastercard gesehen !! Service=HINHALTUNGSTAKTIK ( DIE MITTLERWEILE VIERTE VERSPROCHENE LIEFERZEIT IST EBENSO VERSTRICHEN !! ) !!
App und Seite sind DIE ECHTEN UND NICHT DIE FAKE-SEITEN !!! Es liegt ach NICHT an der Post, da ich von einem anderen Kartenanbieter die dort versprochene Mastercard punktgenau innerhalb der Lieferzeit bekam !! I have troubles with this paysafecard service. I decided to use this MasterCard of paysafecard to help my friends from Ukraine(my relatives refused to help and I decided to use paysafecard and to use my private savings). As soon as I uploaded money to paysafecard I sent all amounts to different accounts of my Ukrainian friends. On May 9, 2022 I uploaded vauchers to my paysafecard, then reloaded to the same MasterCard paysafecard. The amount was successfully reloaded and it is written that now I have 294.39 euro. But as soon as I started to pay for the ticket for my Ukrainian friends(they asked me) I discovered that my MasterCard doesn’t work. It is written: you can not use your MasterCard currently. Ask for our service team. At my app I have gone through double-checking(face and ID), so it was written about limits:unlimited. The amount of 294 euro is a very small to block my MasterCard. I wrote the letter to this suppprt team, I left the message in the site. For the whole week-no one respond. On Friday I got the message and the request:to make a photos of vauchers and my ID. Silly request and totally unprofessional. I already uploaded money to my account(why should I keep all vauchers if the money already shown in my Nastercard?). And in my profile they already have the photos of my ID. My problem is: without any notification and explanation my MasterCard paysafecard was blocked. And I really would like to know WHY? And WHEN will it be available again? I can see the only one reason:as soon as I started to trust this MasterCard- they decided to block my money, and to keep them for their own purposes. One silly answer during the week-it is not help, it is unprofessional service. I am very frustrated and I almost sure that I have lost my 294 euro and they can congratulate themselves for so awful and tricky service.
So, definitely, I can not recommend to use paysafecard because you can loose your money from this service.
I wrote about 7 letters via site, directly to email they gave the link.
Silence. And tricky questions.
Pity. Indecent behavior.
I am open and I keep a responsible attitude to every my word.

I Made an account, i Bought a Paysafecard, i tried make a online Payment into Neteller and then they just Blocked my PIN and my account, now i have my Money blocked and they doesn’t even want to give me a Refund. Geld auf Paysafe Card einfach abgelaufen, es wurden regelmäßig einfach 3,00€ abgehoben bis sie leer war. Wurde beim Kauf nicht davon in Kenntnis gesetzt und daher wurde jetzt mein Anwalt in Kenntnis gesetzt.

Ich habe noch nie Problem mit Paysafecard gehabt. Die bezahlung funktionierte immer einwandfrei. Das einzige was stören könnte ist das man nicht überall mit Paysafecard bezahlen kann und wenn zahlt man manchmal mit 5-10% aufpreis das ist aber meist nur bei günstigeren Produkten der Fall (meines Wissens nach)

Why do you lie, I have explained that I suffer from a brain injury and have tried to contact you direct and no response, all of sudden after my review, your rating has soared when it was very low before. You are treating your customers with the disrespect and masking out that you are trying to help, when all you do is leave generic responses for bad reviews. You have no intention of releasing funds back to people, be honest or at least come up with a believable excuse why you will not give people their money back.

Für viele Jahre war die Paysafecard ein treuer Begleiter, die Akzeptanz war hoch und man konnte das Guthaben relativ flexibel bei vielen Stores, wie z.B. Steam einsetzen ohne eine "zweckgebundene" Karte des speziellen Stores zu kaufen.

Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich etliche Karten bei Steam, Playstation, EGS, gamesrocket und co. eingelöst - alles ohne Probleme, aber die Zeit scheint vorbei.

Hier meine Rezension zu Paysafe.com:
1 Stern ist noch zu viel, Paysafecard gekauft, zwei Wochen später Guthabenabfrage (auf der offiziellen Seite) - "Kontaktieren Sie den Support".

Antwort vom Support:
Karte wurde wegen Zugriffsverletzung gesperrt? Aha, eine Guthabenabfrage führt also zur Sperrung? Was aber absolut lächerlich ist, ist die Forderung, dass ich die Rückerstattung mit Kopie vom Perso (beide Seiten), Bankdaten etc. beauftragen UND die Gebühr für die Bearbeitung (7,50€ von 25€) zahlen soll.

Verbraucherzentrale ist informiert.

An dieser Stelle möchte ich auch einmal auf die massiven Sicherheitslücken bei Paysafe hinweisen, die offensichtlich der Kunde ausbaden muss.

Warum werden die PINs bitte ohne Schutz an den Kassen ausgedruckt? So wundert es mich natürlich nicht, wenn Betrüger diese kurz nach dem Drucken z.B. abfotografieren.
Quasi alle anderen Guthabenkarten sind durch ein Klebe-/Rubbelfeld geschützt, dort hatte ich in etlichen Jahren noch nie Probleme.

Vor langer Zeit habe ich einmal eine Mastercard bei paysafe bestellt ! Zum DAMALIGEN Zeitpunkt gab es auch noch einen guten Service ! Mittlerweile ( nach Ablauf der alten Karte ) warte ich seit 2 Jahren ( !!! ) auf die Zusendung einer neuen Karte ! Sowohl die damals gezahlten 10 Euro ( Verlust wegen Verjährung ?! ) als auch die ANGEBLICH gesendete Karte verschwanden im Nirvana ! Nun habe ich es wieder versucht, aber WIEDER KEINE Karte und WIEDER KEIN Service ( WELCHER IM ÜBRIGEN AUF EIN DIGITALES KONTAKTFORMULAR UMGESTELLT WURDE !!!! ) ! Sowohl die Mail mit Bearbeitungsnummer, als auch ein versuchter online-Chat verlaufen ins gleiche Nirvana wie meine vor zwei Jahren bestellte Karte ! Lediglich der App-Transfer von Paysafe ( OHNE Mastercard !! ) funkt noch immer so, wie Damals ! Sonst mittlerweile jedoch unter aller .... !  Tut leid paysafe, aber bessere Bewertung gibt es bei DEM Haufen erst dann wieder, wenn Ihr Eure Arbeit SO ERLEDIGT, WIE IHR ES SOLLT !!!
