Although I am in the process of clarifying an issue about my photo ID and awaiting a letter as a proof of my current address, my enquiry was accepted and acknowledged as received right away, and I am positive that my account will be unblocked and upgraded on time.

Receiving emails for a random person who is signed up to a pockit account called Kim. I keep replying to the emails I'm sent but i'm ignored. I am still continuing to receive emails about the account which I do not want which I think is also slightly illegal maybe? Do you want to talk to me about this or should I speak to someone else?

I love the app & everything but have been trying to add Touch ID & it just doesn’t save it so I have to log in using my email & password every time still, I’ve looked in settings to try & troubleshoot it myself, to no avail 😪 can sum1 help please 🙏🏽

Have froze my account with no legitimate explanation i have not broken any terms or conditions at all and not responded to Any of my emails or my tickets which they have marked as resolved,i have followed all appropriate channels etc and have no contact, also on the app when I go to upload my id and selfie to verify myself for this review they instantly turn it down,i have used both my passport and my provisional they are my legitimate id’s? No response on the facebook page or to any of my emails within days and conveniently they have shutdown the phone line, Edit: as a reply to the comment they left i have submitted all necessary info to your emails as you are refusing my legitimate id on the app so I believe its glitched,you have been sent everything multiple times to multiple inboxes
