• Any Client who wishes to make use of the services of one of our lawyers can contact us. After an initial telephone contact, an appointment can be made very shortly to discuss the matter confidentially. In urgent cases it may be necessary to have a personal and confidential conversation with one of the lawyers immediately. In that case you can report directly to our office. If a lawyer is available, he will speak to you immediately. An appointment is therefore not necessary in this case. The office not only represents the interests of the so-called "paying clients", but also accepts clients on the basis of financed legal assistance. These are the so-called addition cases, which are also popularly referred to as "pro bono cases". Both adults and juveniles can call on us for advice or other legal assistance at any stage of the criminal process.

• We handle all criminal cases: from simple thefts at the Police Court to complex criminal cases at the Multiple Chamber, Court and Supreme Court of the Netherlands. These include fraud cases, economic crimes, sex crimes, opium law crimes, violent crimes, human smuggling, property crimes, extradition cases and official crimes.

• Our rates depend on the nature and scope of the criminal case. The following options can be considered here: a. payment based on an hourly rate You pay an advance (each time) and the declaration is based on an hourly rate. b. payment of a "lump sum" You pay a fixed amount in advance that covers all activities. You will then have no uncertainty about the amount of the ultimately owed fee. c. payment depending on the result You agree with a fee with the lawyer for a favorable result and a lower fee if the result is disappointing. Please note: this is not a "no cure, no pay" agreement.d. funded legal aid If you have been ordered to pre-trial detention or if you fall below a certain income limit, you can make use of funded legal aid. If you are not detained, you may owe a personal contribution. The amount of this is determined by the law and depends on your income. e. bitcoin In consultation with the relevant lawyer, it is possible to pay the (advance) invoice by means of payment in bitcoins, up to an equivalent value of EUR 5000 (per year). Any (partial) refund will be made by bank transfer in EUR.
