Penta itself does not have its own banking license, so Penta is partnershiped with Solarisbank AG. Every Penta business account is opened including a German IBAN and a Business Debit Card from VISA. I’ve had an issue, which was partially due to third party involvement, with the delivery of my Visa card. The situation has been resolved to my utmost satisfaction by an amazing female customer relations manager within a short period of time. I can throughly recommend Penta and their excellent client service! Also the onboarding process was an amazing client journey! Thumbs up!
Als nicht-Eüropaer kann man hier ein Konto nicht öffnen
Das support war sehr nett und freundlich. Aber wenn Sie ein Ausländer sind, nicht ihre Zeit verschwenden. ID Dokumenten aus nicht Europäische Ländern sind für Penta nicht verifizierbar. Ich bin Inder und mein Reisepass ist nicht unterstützt. EDIT: Ich bin sicher dass nur aus teschnischen Gründen könnte Penta mich nicht registrieren. Jedoch wäre es viel besser während der Öffnung ein klarer Hinweis zu geben welche Reisepass nicht unterstützt werden kann. Damit kann beide Seiten mindestens ein bisschen Zeit sparen.
