Payment from Germany ro Columbia took nearly one week. Communication was a desaster, only excuses and sorry, but no nexplanation what was going on. Finally afterb6 days the money arrived, but the process is really a catastrophe. I make a lot of transfers and to Columbia usually it takes under one hour. I have no idea what they are doing. I definitely don't recommended them.
