Can not receive my money for over a month already. I've been contacting support every day or two and each time they responded that my issue will be solved asap - just wait 1-2 days. 

These are fake promises. The issue wasn't solved and I even didn't receive any update on my request.

Such promises make things only worse. I was going to move to another country and I was relying on this money and believed support promises. As a result I didn't receive my money, had to return my ticket and cancel hotel booking - with fee for late cancellation. The next time I believed support promises again and lost decent amount of money for the same reason. For the third time I didn't believe Payoneer support and it was my only right decision, because obviously they didn't solve my issue as promised.

So not dear Payoneer, DO NOT MAKE FAKE PROMISES. It makes things only worse, as people rely on your responses. It's much better to give realistic estimates, even though they would be not so optimistic.

Inscription was quick, we did our first transfer, and guess what? they took our transfer in hostage in order to do all the everlonging verification process. No no, they won't ask you to verify your account first because otherwise you'll just go to another platform, because it is THAT of an absurd verification process. 

Second of all, they won't let me convert to euro, they don't even have CHF, what a joke of a platform, just go to wise.com. 

I regret to this day not having used wise.com directly, payoneer made me lose TIME and MONEY. 
The absurd part is that they are paying for 5 star reviews.

They are not taking anything serious. Do not respond at emails and when contacting on live chat it wastes time nothing more than that they assure everything would be fine. What happened I just added 2checkout and then removed it. Now I cant sent payment request and I contacted multiple times. The agents on live chat are so lazy in response. May be I now have to consider other series as Payoneer is not reliable and very irresponsible in responding to queries. 
The wondaful thing is that they did not put agent rating after the live chat ends so Payoneer know they lazy agents and they dont need to get rating for the agents.

My problem is I want to chance my phone number, because my old phone number has been expired and cannot send the TAC code. After contact customer service payoner they have give me a good respon very well.

I send a payment to a bank account , it's been more than a week and still nothing has been received , although payoneer sent me an email letting me know the funds will arrive to the bank account within 1 business days and in some cases it could take up to 5 days ... I contacted their live chat and the customer support doesn't have a specific answer , all they said to me that the funds are still being reviewed for my safety and blah blah .. then i asked if there's a timeframe for this process and they said unfortunately there's no timeframe ... This is stupid and doesn't make sense because this could take a few more days , or months or even a year since they don't have a timeframe

Payoneer provided me with the best convenient solution to receive my payments, making it easy for me to invest further in my freelance career. The fee rates are reasonable, the service provided is excellent, and the customer care is always there to help with any issues if any.

We tried to create an account to pay a supplier and after providing all the required information, spending a lot of time, they refused to provide an account without telling us the reasons, the customer service suggested us to don't try again without telling us more.
We cannot really understand why they refused a high rated italian company with 40 years history, same VAT number for more than 30 years, that works with many other famous payments company. We give 1 star review because they haven't respected us telling the refusal reason.

Payoneer keep surprising. I'm still waiting for my withdrawal request to be complete for more than a month already. And few days ago when I contacted support centre, their "supporter" literally lied to me.

He/She told me that Bank Transfer Team sent me an email with update yesterday. I didn't receive any and asked if he/she could re-send me this email. The response was - Sure. After that I still didn't get any email.

And today when I contacted support centre again, I was told, that there wasn't any email with update at all. Tadaaa... Payoneer hit the bottom, I was pretty sure it could not be worse, but it always can.

I  had to wait for A WHILE in the chat for an agent  to assist me, so i clicked many time the "i'll keep waiting for an agent" instead of sending an email which I've done and all I've gotten  are automated replies and  then the issue is  marked as resolved even though is far from it. But when  i got he agent it was great, kind and resolved all my issues

For me this is just the worse online bank I've ever used, I just received money from a friend, and they took from it 29.95 usd of "annual fee" without any notice, and they dare to use no hidden fees as a slogan, now I'm no longer able to make my purchase due to insufficient balance, I forgot to talk about the live chat staff, taking 10 minutes to reply for every question I ask without giving me clear answers about this fee.

For me this is just the worse online bank

Balance blocked
A few days ago, my all balances are blocked, I don't know what the problem is, and what I have to do to solve that problem. I submitted my passport to payoneer but didn't get any response from payoneer.
So I tried to live chat with payoneer, and he/she explained what my current problem is. The problem is mismatched personal info like birthday. I explained why it occurs, and he/she said me that you just need to wait until they review my documentation I submitted. I will wait and see.

I enjoyed using Payoneer for 2 years until they decided to ban me for reasons they can't reveal to me. I tried to apply for a virtual card with my bank statement, they didn't accept it without specific reason, I tried with my utility bill, they sent me a mail that I can no longer use their platform. They should at least give customers an opportunity to prove their innocence instead of tyranny.
