Paymium freezes funds
Since Oct 2021, Paymium has frozen my assets twice, not large amounts, under 10K€. Even though I have been verified for these amounts, Paymium freezes without any advance information. The first frozen assets were finally set free after complaints, but so far, I have received no feedback on the current frozen assets, about 700€. if I was not verified, I could understand it, but I am completely KYC'd. This stuff has got to stop! Update 04 Mar, Paymium sent me a solution that doesnt work. Evidently they did not even check the problem before sending out the solution. Validate the IBAN, until then, I cannot enter info or do anything. This is the fault of Paymium, please do not put this on me when you make system changes that dont work. Update 8 March - after 4 days finally received an email, that I should do the same solution as last time. I did, but same result, it didnt work and my funds are still frozen. Who likes not having access to their money? Final Update 9 Mar 2022 - finally I was able to access and remove my funds. Immediately canceled my account, will not give these people a 3rd chance to freeze my funds.
Site fermé soit disant pour quelques heures
Le site est fermé pour quelques heures, le problème c'est que cela fait déjà une 100 aine d'heures. On n'as pas la même notion du mot "QUELQUES". Et aucunes indications sur le déroulé de la procédure. Votre banque est t'elle située en Ukraine ou en Russie??? C'est la deuxième fois que le site ferme plusieurs jours sans prévenir, à un moment crucial (soit de forte hausse soit de forte baisse) En ce moment avec la crise Ukrainienne et ses implications mondiale, le risque est important de chute, voire de hausse (moins probable) Mise à part cela pour des petites sommes, paymium reste complètement adapté.
Très bon exchanger de cryptomonnaies
Paymium offre un très bon niveau de services et les frais sont vraiment bas par rapport à d'autres exchanger. Le retrait de vos cryptos ne vous coutent quasiment rien là où d'autres se servent grassement. Deux bémols toutefois, la procédure KYC qui n'est pas très user friendly et difficile à remplir. Le site est convenable mais l'appli mobile mériteraient des améliorations, elle crash souvent ce qui n'est pas rassurant surtout quand vous validez un ordre d'achat.
