I called today with multiple terminal issues and the tech support/call handler I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful. He was polite, patient and extremely knowledgable and even emailed me instructions on how to fix the problem if it happens again in the future.

The most dreadful experience and service I've ever received. They are using Cybersource and are outsourcing to them. Nobody at PS could/would help our web guy with installation. They initially gave us the wrong customer id, then decided to copy a random unknown bloke from a nightclub into all our correspondence with them (GDPR?!!) then they gave us an incorrect download for the web integration, all whilst insisting we supply them with very lengthy and time consuming pieces of irrelevant information which were clearly designed to try to make it seem like our fault. This unfolded over a period of 6 weeks as they failed to answer every email in less than 3 days and refused to allow our web guy to speak with cybersource at all. They did pay compensation to our web guy for all the messing about. However now the system only partially works - we are getting every other transaction failing and are also unable to do any sort of e-invoicing via the merchant gateway as they have failed to install a working 3DS system onto cybersource. I was told on the phone to Emily today that PS only have one contact at cybersource and if he/she doesn't answer them, they can't help it! What sort of poorly run company out-sources to a provider who hasn't properly tested their software before install and only has one contact to help all of their merchants? Come to think of it, who puts all their new customers onto a gateway that they failed to test properly themselves? Do yourselves a huge favour and go to someone else - anyone has to be better than PS and dojo.
