would give no stars if i could!! pathetically slow reply to emails links that don't work when requesting a new password
I have had to change my password three times and it still is not working, just tried again and the website doesn't even open now. Username is right as email address so what on earth is happening?
Une catastrophe . Impossible d'utiliser la carte bancaire donnée car elle est refusée chez les commercants. Impossible de consulter son compte même en réinitialisant son mot de passe . Faites attention !!!

I only pressed on 1 star because you can't give a zero star review. I've had the exact same problem as everyone else here. I registered the card, no problem. I signed in and used it once, then all of a sudden the log in wouldn't work. I can't access my card to put the card number in for the login reset. I tried the card number I got in my original email, that doesn't appear to be what they're looking for. Like most people on here, this was sent to me as a Fitbit recall refund. I contacted Fitbit who gave me the number for B4B. What an absolute waste of time. I rang them last wk, they took details and said"someone will be in touch". This week I rang again and got the same response. The girl on the phone told me that she would take my details and someone would be in touch. I asked why she couldn't help, apparently she's only working on the overflow line and can't deal with queries, only take messages and send it to the relevant department. I asked for the number of the "relevant department" and she said there is none. Which is awfully strange. I asked how I could get in touch with someone who could help me and was told "ring the number you rang today". I reminded her that that number put me through to her. She then said all she could do was take a message and I should continue to try that number and hope I don't get through to the overflow line. Amazing. Absolutely useless. Now I just have money sitting there that I can't use. A total waste of time. They couldn't care less about their customers and it's all a total scam in my eyes. Disgraceful.
Despite password resetting and rechecking still can’t access
Same problem as everyone else. Used the card once, now it is inaccessible. I will gladly join forces with everyone else to help help get our money back, taking legal action if necessary. Fitbit you need to get involved
