Signature feature doesn't work
A merchant I've used for over 20 years decides they need a CC payment WITH a signature now for ordering parts over the phone. In the past, I call, order parts, they have in house person that delivers parts and I pay them with a check. So, I now they use payjunction for that signature... It wont accept my signature LOL! How ridiculous! Did it 5 different times and still wont accept it. Needless to say, I wont be using that merchant anymore, nor would I recommend payjunction. What a sad joke.
