We've been using Paydoo for just over 12 months. Communication has been excellent and transactions have run smoothly. Timely payments direct to us every Tuesday without fail. We will continue using them, and come highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company, who have been nothing but helpful since I signed up. Payments and releasing of funds have been really smooth, and help from Tony, Mārtiņš and the rest of the team has been great. Would highly recommend Paydoo.
Do not trust rest of the good reviews…
Do not trust rest of the good reviews here, i am sure mostly by themselves. Before I joined them, i have been told that there will be no monthly fees, just joining fee 60 pound and transaction fees per transaction, so i paid to start with. After the 1st transactions i have been told they would be holding all my money until the end of the year, when I asked why, they told me this is their rules, they dont pay their customer weekly or monthly. They pay after 1 year. Do not trust them, its fraudulent company.

After being asked to leave a good review at the beginning which I did, the tin has certainly opened with a can of worms! After paying costs to be accepted by Mastercard and then given a plugin that does not work we began development to make the plugin work costing over £1000. We were then told that they lost the rights to the plugin and could no longer provide services. I know mwb solutions will come back with an excuse that this is not down to them but the provider Paydoo. This is a reflection of the mwb solutions group possibly working together with bad providers like Paydoo to generate cash. mwb solutions have not tried to recover our costs whatsoever and just passed the buck! We will be taking this legal so i look forward to seeing both mwb solutions and Paydoo in court!!
Paydoo are a fantastic merchent and great with support.
I've worked with Paydoo on one project which has had defects on my side but Paydoo has supported me and enabled me to grow my business - I would recommend Paydoo as the go too payment merchant for any tech startup as we have, or even a business looking for a new merchant with great support. I am working on several new startups and Paydoo are supporting and working with me which takes much pressure off an otherwise difficult task. The API is easy to use and they offer support if you aren't too technically adapted.

The experience we had with Paydoo was great. Though for our small business too expensive, therefor we had to terminate our agreement, the customer service given to us by Vicki our account manager was grand. We will re-evaluate our needs as we grow, but our first experience with Paydoo is well worth it. :)

Our company works with Paydoo for more than a year. Nice small-size processor, many services provided are manual, e.g. merchant statements, but they compensate this with a friendly approach, timely settlements (they agreed to settle us on a separate schedule, which Wirecard was not willing to offer). And they respond during out of office hours. Generally, would recommend them to small-medium companies that want a more personal approach to their issues.
