Charges don't get reversed.
After using this card for almost a year, I will be switching and closing my account soon due to the fact that if you make a purchase and it's declined, the charge goes through anyways. This has happened to me twice and the merchant has said the money was reversed back but it has never showed up in my account. Oxygen reps have stated I spent the money but how is that possible when I never got the money back? I just don't understand. The transaction is still pending on my account.
Promptly rectified issue in a professional manner.
Initially had an error issue in regards to upgrading my Elements account via the app. After few unsuccessful attempts, I emailed Customer Service. Within 48 hours, they promptly responded to my email to ensure they had received my concern, and have rectified the matter in a very professional manner. Received my upgraded Elements card, with no issues in regards to activation via app. Aside of having to re-enter my login details every once a week or so, I have not had any issues otherwise.
Stay away!
They close people’s accounts for no reason. Their customer service is slow, you are lucky you get even one response.
