Oak North Bank treated me as a good customer even though the money I was transferring as an ISA never made the move. Most probably my fault and I missed something I was supposed to do.
I would use them again but maybe get some assistance to do the transfer correctly.

Although OakNorth is a very good for online banking service they are not a good customer keeper. I have seen much better rate on other online banking and therefor I don't use OakNorth anymore.

Good but don't update their interest rates unlike my other savings account. So my easy access account ended up paying better rates than their 90 day notice one.

The website is great with clear, concise information. I used the App to open a ‘Notice’ savings account and it was quick and easy. I did a couple of small test transfers from my nominated bank account to make sure it was going through ok and it’s fine. All money transferred has shown within minutes! I haven’t had cause to contact customer services so can’t rate that aspect as yet. The only thing that would be helpful is if OakNorth alerted you each time you made a deposit. They do it the first time but not after that. It would be helpful and enhance the service. Other banks do it. All in all great thus far and would recommend. Thank you.

Secure, well laid out website for account management. Multiple accounts clearly presented and transaction very clear. Not much more to be said as in this day and age of disappearing high street branches, OakNorth’s internet banking is too rate.

I decided to use Oaknorth as it's products were recommended on sites such as money facts as having amongst the highest interest rates  for the  type of account I was looking for ( although still very low!)
I found opening the account to be simple and straightforward. It is easy to contact Oaknorth if you need to. Staff are polite and answer any queries quickly.

It seemed ludicrous that wanting to transfer money from a 35 day notice account to a 12month fixed term account I was still required to give the 35 days notice. I could have missed out on the 12 month account by having to give notice. Is this so they don't have to pay the extra interest I wonder??

1 star because I applied for account…Easy. Registered for online banking…Easy. Checked my balance online…Easy. THEN, without asking me, I received an email to say that because I had had an account previously, a couple of years ago, they were deleting all my new log in info and reverting back to the old account. I had no idea what security or login info related to this closed account so was unable to log in. I emailed and phoned and was assured that IT would be changing it back to my new account. I received an email to say it had been done and to log in. I tried twice and then it blocked me.
I have no choice but to ask them to close the account. Total incompetence. Why change in the first place.OR when registering for online banking ask if a previous account had been held. Such a waste of time.
Waiting for a reply to confirm account has been closed.
I’m sure everything would be fine if you don’t encounter any problems.

Just had to make the deposit where I wanted and then forget it until it matured, (reminded by Oak North in good time), and choose what to do with my money next from options provided. Got e-mailed an exceptional rate as an existing customer of an 18 months fixed rate. When my previous fixed rate finished. Signed up with money tied in for 18 months and a week later they advertised the same thing with more than double the interest rate offered. Asked if I could transfer my money into this and told no, but feel free to give us more money in a new account.

So not a good experience and plan to close my accounts when they mature.

Recent interest rates have been very good.  It's also handy to have 15-month options as well as 1 yr & 18 months. Website clear, giving all the details I usually want to check.  
Only complaint: there are sometimes long delays in the arrival of the 4-digit access code via sms. On several occasions, after delays, I've clicked once or even twice on 'Resend code' and then 2 or 3 have arrived together after several minutes & I have to guess which is the right one.
