Good ISA Investment Company
Owing to a house purchase I’m reluctantly having to cash-in my ISA. I just wanted to highlight how professional and helpful the customer service advisors have been and a big thank you to the following people that have helped me over the last couple of days: Wealth Management Matt and team members Jeremy, Adunola and Will. Should I have any further investments I will definitely look to use Nutmeg again.

When can I have my money?
Ok so at the end of April 2022 I requested to close my Nutmeg account and withdrawl of funds from my account to my link bank account. As of this date 18/05/22 Nutmeg have not been able to achieve this relatively simple task. After having sent various requests for updates on the account closure through their Nutmail system (they aim to respond within 2 workings days) which I have had no reply to, I decide to contact Nutmeg by telephone, whilst their representative was reasonably helpful she was still unable to tell me why the withdrawl of my funds has not gone through, but she did promise to pass my querey on to the relevant department??? So still waiting for my money to appear in my bank account, overall not very impressed with the whole Nutmeg experience.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. My call was answered within a few rings by a very helpful agent. Nutmeg are transparent, responsive and make investing simple. Highly recommend.
Misleading news and poor performance
If you kept cash under your mattress it would be worth more than a Nutmeg investment - they currently admit to losing an ongoing few percent. Unfortunetly the bulletins they put out are not honest and rather misleading. Example they sent me something today saying fully managed portfolios in my risk level are down around -3.2% when in reality mine is approx -9.8 simple return and -6.9 time weighted. I don't mind, I chose to take the risk. But rather dissapointed in the misinformation coming from Nutmeg.
