My child has been using a Nimbl card for almost a year now. It was really easy to apply for, register and the app is really easy to use. I love the real time spend notifications and the fee is cheaper than other cards. The features of this card are better than others on the market too I feel.

Amelia was fantastic with a problem we had in the past and we find the card and App easy to use. However, my daughter recently had a fraudulent transaction on her account. At the moment I am unable to email them directly from the email address they have on their records - I have explained the reason why, confirmed what that email address actually is, plus all other security information, but Alex in customer services keeps marking our support requests as 'solved' and has said they will keep doing that until I contact them from the email address they have registered! I appreciate and completely support the need to verify account details, but they are being very unhelpful and rude under the circumstances - especially considering there has been fraudulent activity on the account. It would be good if they could at least investigate that! I assume they are marking the support requests as 'solved' due to completion rate targets...... I have asked to raise a formal complaint (as is my right and as per their terms and conditions), but again, Alex is opposing that and has marked it as 'solved'. I am going around in circles, meanwhile, I have had to block my daughter’s card and she cannot use it. I am going to have to open an account elsewhere - hopefully with someone a little more helpful! It is now being referred to Resolver, who will help submit the info to customer services and support sending the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman if required. Very disappointed. I would NOT recommend them. EDIT: Umar in customer services has since picked this up and has been very pleasant and helpful in finding a solution, and with no further information than was already provided to Alex!! Thank you Umar, and for actually waiting until the problem was solved before closing down the support request.
Hi. I've been using Nimbl for my daughter for 3 years. It has been a fantastic way to give her the freedom to spend like an adult with the safety and control that Nimbl extends to parents. And you can see how often she goes to the sweet shop!
