I recently tried to log into Nexo after having purchased a new cell phone. I failed to keep my old phone in hand so did not have access to the 2FA codes, as a result, I couldn't complete my Nexo log in process and was stuck in a frustrating security loop. I emailed a live representative from Nexo who immediately responded to my inquires. After a very brief but efficient conversation, I was sent specific instructions to my email address on file after a necessary 12 hour security delay period. The instructions I received to regain access to my Nexo account were very thorough and easy to follow. I was able to log back into my account and reset my 2FA codes. Simple, efficient and friendly customer service. Also great follow-up same day asking if all of my questions had been answered. Impressive performance but Nexo customer service team.

I've opened my account to hopefully operate with them as the idea seem interesting until I came across their ridiculous identity verification process. I'm a UK citizenship but I'm Argentinian and they said they cannot approve my virtual card because I'm argentinian that's literally what one of the agents of customer service said. My partner did the same with his account and he applied with the same documents that I've applied. I let them know about this. And they just said that they cannot do it cause I'm argentinian. Racist company and very dreadful customer service. Avoid.
I have already submitted a review of my experience voicing the unhelpfulness I experienced with your support representative when asked to assist me to have my claim for a refund processed under Chargeback. I attach a copy of a previous message I have submitted to you that still awaits a response.... Your agent refused to help or assist me when I contacted you to request a refund through a Chargeback on transaction NXThmo9IV6jjp for a service which the merchant has not supplied and who has ignored requests to return my money. The agent kept referring to an email which was sent telling me to contact the merchant, who ignores messages. When asked how I raise a Chargeback request, I was given a link to your generic "submit a request" page. When then r asked how Nexo process Chargebacks, your agent terminated the online chat. I now raise an official request for refund for this transaction under your Chargeback process and look forward to hearing from you. Regards, James McCann
drastic and disproportionate sanctions (sudden stop of all my accounts in the future), and blocking of your account (no more access to anything!) if you don't validate your identity within the time limit ... . Yet, good platform on the whole, but moral of the story : always have your passport with you!
I'm finding out with high disappointment that nexo support service is on par with some of the worst support services I have ever been able to deal with. And this is not acceptable for a company that holds something as valuable as user money and assets. Painfully inefficient agents, each email is responded to by a different person that has no clue of the issue you are reporting, copypasted responses, they say that the issue is solved while it's not (they don't even check), etc. RESPONSE TO NEXO'S COMMENTS: I have a thread of 12 emails each one of them from a random support agent that jumps into the conversation saying exactly the same that the previous agent: "we made a change, it should be fixed now. check". Every single time I check and nothing happened. Your response really shows how little you really care about users and how much you care about marketing. You are not providing any help with your message, just patting the back of your company in a senseless attempt to diminish the problem.
