I had problems onboarding. Probably my fault…. It took three or four interactions with Neat staff, who all have been very cheerful and helpful. Fixed every thing now. Strongly recomend Neat.

Service was fast and efficient. I was set up within one business day. I liked the phone call at the end to let me know it was done.
I called the company and I was connected to a real person within 1 minute. I requested the RM to call me back and she did within a day. After submitting all of the documents, it took 2-3 days for them to finalize my business account. Extremely efficient, very pleased with the service so far, especially compared to other similar services available.
Started with Neat a few months ago and from the beginning I was impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and quite clear commitment to ensure an extraordinary customer experience. For example, when my credit card disappeared somewhere in the postal system my Neat representatives immediately took action and sent a replacement card with DHL. So far, I am very happy with the Neat team and highly recommend them to anyone who needs the benefits of remote online banking without the typical "banking" headaches.
This outrageous interaction with Neatcommerce happened to me and my company: - i was asked to send dokumentation for transfer in of several thousands EUROs of client payment to a NEAT account! - My request to prove legal basis of that request was never answered to my satisfaction. - As management consultants we are under a confidentiality agreement with clients and can not disclose contracts to external parties as requested. - Neat did not accept that and thus asked me to breach contract with client exposing my company to risk of financial litigation and loss of client. - i proposed a telephone call to clarify ... Neat never accepted. THIS WAS VERY BAD SERVICE IN THIS CASE! - The client bank transfer was sent back by NEAT and left me struggling with explaining it to client! This was by far to most negative experience ever with a financial service provider! How can Neatcommerce ask me to breach contract with my client? I hope that NEATCOMMERCE is acting better with other clients.. in my case it was totally unsatisfactory. BR Alex
