This company is completely unreliable. Don't go, you'll lose your money and you can't get it back. They are very successful in distraction. They put very nice customers to sleep. They take money from you for things they can't do and then act like it never happened.

Abri my LLC con ellos y esa primera compra todo bien, en estos dias pague por una cita con un CPA y el servicio dejo mucho que desear nos tuvieron tonteando por mas de una semana, especifique que necesitaba una cotizacion formal de los servicios que se me proponen para mi empresa y a la fecha aun no recibo nada. Ya mande un ticket por medio de la pagina web hace 2 dias porque quiero un reembolso ya que tuve que pagar una cita con otro CPA que si me ayudo y lo que esta empresa hizo fue hacernos perder el tiempo y mas con algo tan delicado como son los impuestos aun no recibo respuesta del ticket y anoche tambien le escribi a la persona que me habia estado atendiendo y ahora resulta que ni ella me contesta. Quedo a la espera de mi reembolso y ver si alguien contesta alguno de mis correos despues de 2 dias.

Asi que finalmente despues de 3 dias (Y porque deje este review aqui) me contactaron solo para decirme que habian hablado con la CPA y decir que la culpa era de nosotros porque aparentemente tuvo que tener los documentos 7 dias (porque se conecto 15 minutos tarde a la primera reunion y para "compensar" nos dio 15 minutos otro dia que se volvio a conectar tarde y nisiquiera habia revisado lo que le mandamos asi que nos hizo perder el tiempo de nuevo y pidio otra cita el mismo dia unas horas despues para poder tener tiempo de revisar lo que le habiamos mandado y pedir mas documentos que al final no uso para nada porque nos termino diciendo lo mismo que dijo el primer dia) en su poder para el dia 7 decirnos que no le servian porque no estaban "en ingles" (cabe resaltar que era un reporte de ingresos y egresos que solo dice el nombre de la empresa de quien se recibio el pago o a la cual se pago asi que no entiendo). Y resulta que  mi review les parece injusto ya que esta persona no "trabaja" para ellos entonces no me explico porque los recomiendan y esa fue la gran resolucion decir que la culpa era nuestra y que esta persona no trabaja para ellos y reprocharme el hecho de que deje este comentario aqui el cual les parece "injusto" y porsupuesto negarme el reembolso ya que les duele perder $100 pero no perder un cliente. Ya contrate un CPA que si se especializa en negocios con duenos extranjeros por aparte porque me toco pagar a otro CPA doble gasto sin necesidad ya que perdi mi tiempo y mi dinero aqui, asi que les recomiendo no pierdan su dinero (Ah y sigo esperando la cotizacion por escrito que pedi esa nunca la mandaron)

I placed an order on December 9 for a name change of corporation. I needed it fast, so I paid extra for the 5 day expedited option.
There has been no movement for a month, but more troubling, I email their representative every few days, and there has been no response. I fear that I have been scammed!

I have used MyUSACorporation twice. The first time was 4 years ago to move my LLC from AZ to TX and I thought they did a great job. I used them again two weeks ago to move the same LLC from TX to AR and they were even better. From the first phone call through to the last email the process was very straightforward, efficient and speedy. Phone calls were crisp, emails were clear and follow-ups were on target and timely. Great service, very efficient. The only "but" is comunication. I sent a mail asking for an update on EIN process and didn't get an answer. At the end I decided to wait since the process was up to the IRS. Finally the delivery was on time and as promised, but to have comunication during all the process gives the customer peace of mind.

My USA Corporation was my go to for filings.  I'm not sure what happened over the past several months, but they are no longer providing quality customer service.  I'm not sure if it's just Anthony or if it's company-wide.  Beyond frustrated with the lack of attention and responsiveness.

I wanted to form a dba under my llc , but in california a dba is called a fbn fictious business . I payed 200 dollars for a package that should of cost less. I found out that I was only required to file a fbn in the county of orgin. This company filed 2 fbn for 2 counties I didnt need and I only needed to file in my county, they would'nt refund for this error for the additional county paperwork I didnt need . bad mojo foreal

I hired the service the first days of June and I still have not received anything, they told me that everything would be within 30 days, then 45 days and now they told me that the minimum term is 45 days or more.

It's the same complaint as the rest.  You pay a significant amount of money above the actual filing cost to be ensured its done right.  Why offer a new ein for a new DBa if only to tell me it's not needed? No refund. No communication between people working on the account. I actually had to give my ein to them a 2nd time and because I was on vacation and didn't have it, they let my order sit rather than reviewing the original application. That's just lazy  Do not waste your money, try yourself first.

Easy Process

I signed up for a company formation, EIN registration and a Florida based company address/mailing service. The communication I received throughout has been fair and Myusacorporation has successfully setup my company and forwarded me my new EIN, although the service I received was relatively slow. I initially suspected the slow turnaround could be down to the time of year or covid related delays. The reason I have rated this a 2 star rather than 4 star is due to the overall performance I have received from their business mailing services. At a cost of $349 per year, which is over double their nearest competitor, I mistakenly thought their mailing service would be very efficient and value for money. My business operates some very time sensitive data and it is imperative our mailings are received without delays. So far I have had 4 recorded delivery mails delivered to the myusa business address in Florida. The first two mails took 16 days to be scanned and emailed to me. The third took 19 days before myusa emailed me receipt, although they confirmed it would take an additional 3 business days to be scanned to me. And the fourth is nowhere to be seen.  Ironically one of my senders have resent their mail by international airmail and this arrived delivered to my desk in the UK in less than 7 days. Most business mailing services around the world guarantee received mail to be scanned to you within a matter of hours.  The Myusa's mailing service is clearly in a league of its own. I think their business mailing services are very misleading because nowhere on their website does it mention any details of these potential delays. Upon closer investigation one of the myusa team members has confirmed to me in writing that once all mail is received at your personal mailbox it is forwarded to a central mailing centre which takes 2 weeks to arrive and from then it can take 2-3 additional days to be scanned. I think this information should be clearly posted to their website to prevent any other business owners from being mislead as I have. Had I known about these delays beforehand there is no way I would have signed up to their business mailing services. Now that my company has been setup and we have recently submitted our company returns confirming our address details with myusa, I now have no other alternative but to switch to a locally based state agent and resubmit the company returns again. Although I cannot recover any of the myusa business mailing fees, I hope by writing this review allot of other entrepreneurs and business owners can be forewarned before being mislead into signing up for Myusa's business mailing services.

I paid $846 for LLC registration. The payment was made on July 13. Now on October 28th and the company has not been registered yet.

They will communicate well with you only until you pay them. When they receive your payment, they will start to ignore you completely.

They promised to incorporate the company within a week. After one week, they asked for a month. Then they said it would take 45 days. And then they just stopped responding. The progress in your personal office depended on 82%. I have not received my EIN in four months.

All my attempts to contact me are completely ignored.

These are crooks, do not believe them.

Lo and behold, I discovered I was wasting valuable time! Their prices were more affordable than I could imagine and the reviews were great. I was checking prices on domestication on LLC to FL. They have several line items and Processing fee= 149. However they state that dissolution of LLC in NC cost 149 but that is not true it costs only $30.

Total cost $692 and it sound like there fee is $149. But in reality they have fees hidden in every line as they are charging a premium and not disclosing it. The actual processing fee involved is $450 out of $692

I do NOT recommend.  I simply requested MyUSACorporation to set up an EIN and d/b/a for my LLC... they totally screwed it up.  Set up my Federal EIN and d/b/a as a sole proprietor.  They refused to correct or refund, and I found their customer service cold and unaccommodating.  I had to spend 6 months in a drawn out process with the IRS to correct my EIN characterization from a sole proprietor to my LLC, and I also had to redo my d/b/a as the bank did not accept the one MyUSACorporation did as it was not done for the LLC.  You can set these things up so easily yourself (now that I know - I realize how easy it is) for ~ $10 yourself, getting an instant EIN online, and a quick trip to town hall.  Happy to walk anyone through this if you want to reach out to me, but you don't have to pay for this service.  And if you decide to hire this service out, I definitely would not recommend MyUSACorporation based on my experience.
