They are very good in replacing lost
They are very good in replacing lost, Stolen & damaged cards. Superb in refunding money which has been misapropriated out of My account.I have had no problems with My direct debits. Only stupid thing I have done is giving My account details to Google which allows that unscrupulous Company to access My account. Entirely My fault. Have no regrets in changing from the Co - Op Bank to Monzo.

The Monzo is so reliable and easy to use for purchasing goods online or shopping out. Transferring money to another account or to family or friends can be done with your eyes closed. I love my Monzo

I've been using Monzo as my main bank account for years now and it's brilliant. I love that there are no additional fees for international card payments. It's also brilliant being able to pay people and receive payments instantly. Love that you can easily save money and sort into pots.
