When selling my property in Spain ( April 22 ) I was introduced to Moneycorp. At all touch points, I found the service and the staff at Moneycorp excellent, in particular my UK account manager Ian Pitts was extremely helpful and professional. Moneycorp not renewed our cards & wedding 19/5
My fiancé (Geoffrey) & both have explorer moneycorp cards which had expired in March 2022. We contacted Moneycorp staff member who took details & advised new cards would be reissued. We are still waiting. We are getting married on 19 May and need to use the new cards to pay our bills. Geoffrey spoke to Salma yesterday who advised that another Department would respond but still no-one has called us. This is causing us a lot of stress. We NOW WANT OUR MONEY BACK! Terrible service!!! Great support when it mattered - I contacted the team to get my payment reference applied having forgotten to attach it. Fortunately, they were able to trace my payment and get it applied to the account. Great help when it was really needed.
