I opted to join Modulr Financial as it was Recommended to me
I opted to join Modulr Financial as it was recommended to me by my Wages Software company, Brightpay. Because their product and service are excellent and they have a great relationship with the end users. While Modulr is a very effective solution for paying staff, they do not provide consistent functionality of identifying logos on the employees bank statements. So regretfully I will have to find a new system as while I have highlighted the issue to Modulr they can not resolve the issue.
Do not rely on Modular.
Do not rely on Modular. I received an email from them on 29th March saying "Congratulations, you've completed Step 3 . Your payments are now officially powered by Modulr". As of 8 April, the account is still not working - depsite 6 emails chasingf. So stressful as was relying on them to run a payroll.
