Finally spoke to someone in Merchant One who truly cares to customer like me.
I have been very disappointed with my previous communication and transaction with merchant one staff even during setting up my account to nearly closing my account. There are thing I found out because I was already charged and a lot of confusion on my part because of lack of explanation from MerchantOne staff/support. Until I have spoken to Danielle Shivers she was able to clear everything, she was so patient, understanding, very informative, helpful, she kept her cool when I was agitated and she follow through with everything that she said and did everything she promised. Danielle is a gem In the company and would only talk to her in the future if I need assistance. She deserved a mark of 10/5 stars!!!!
